Seems I'm not the only one who remembered this from the 90's when I was a kid... I just couldn't remember the name of the programme so I typed in 'Schoole out for summer' and it came up with 'Mr Bumpy's Karaoke Cafe,' i don't know if anyone saw it when he sang Schools out for summer but it was the only way I remembered it, I described it to my mum and all I could describe that he was a green bogey looking thing :L Love it!
