  • That's freaking incredible...you TRAIN BY MOVING CARS. TWO AT A TIME.

  • you guy so dammmmmmmm hot...

  • Nikk, depends on the bag. We have a 50lb, 75lb, and 120lb bag, and they all suck....

  • can i get a list of your songs please? ? by the way awesome work done

  • can i get a list of your songs please? ? by the way awesome work done

  • so im guessing u have to be a cop before u can go into swat right?

  • i think los angeles requires 6 years of street experience before trying out

  • yes definitely, only and very few cops even are on it becos its very hard to get into. you need to be determined and you might not even get it on the first try and youll have to do it again depending on how much you want it..

  • join the military directly, no hassle, you get to do this stuff day 1 in the military

  • how much does the bag weight the one that youre working in the videos

  • depending on the location. u have to have some experience in law enforcement before joining SWAT.

  • it kind of looks similar to SEAL training... minus the water aspect: scuba, swimming for miles, being freezing cold every second

  • you can join swat at 21 right.

  • first you have to be in the police before you can be in the swat team

  • you join the police at 21

you work at least 5 years

you get into godly physical condition

you have a clean criminal record

you have good aim with firearms

If you do that, you can be in swat by the time your 27. Maybe you can go to the shooting range and the gym (or workout outside) during the 5 year wait, but it's suggested that you get in the best physical condition you can. (Yes, that means you'll have to replace that twinkie holster for a real gun holster)

  • DMORLEY,100, if you are LEO, a similar course I am teaching is at Smith & Wesson Training Academy. See the S&W site or my OptimalSWAT site for more info.

  • Damn I wish I could go through this program. BTW, I agree with you about rolling the car being safe. If it were unsafe, the law of probability would've killed me a long time ago with how many cars I push.

  • You will note the also have to shoot targets while pushing the car, so it's high stress multi tasking at it's best....

  • Great training!! Looks like a blast.

pushing a car is a great full body exercise- and it'll ramp up your heart rate and stress level quickly.

  • bradmarschall00, what exactly is "unsafe" about a rolling car? Are you an LE trainer? I do that type of training with tactical LE, and safety is always a priority, but calculated risk exists. Don't go into SWAT if you prefer a risk free life. Going over those walls in full tac gear was far riskier to injury then pushing a car, which I happened to be in th front seat of btw. The training I do is dynamic, stressful, and difficult, and specific to these groups.

  • Dude, don't waste your time with these dorks. You are the man, and the reason that my family sleeps safely at night. Get'erdone, home for dinner.

  • Sure a rolling car is safe. Sure they did it with safty in mind there cops for god sakes. I wounder how these Training Vids got on youtube. Thats not good

  • rolling a car? is that safe?
