DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. Its NOTHING like the original FFCC. You fight the dark, not light, its rated E, unlike the original, which was T, and the characters talk. Was just having the text with their actual face in a circle too complex? Plus, the Yukes have flat faces and their arms are way too long. Yeah, they were long in the original too but now its just obnoxious. It also has a complex story line, which sounded good but it sucks. It goes way to in depth, not just a few words at each level

All of the things you just described, sans perhaps the Yukes (Which is a rather minor unimportant detail), make it sound BETTER, actually. It's okay if you liked the original and it's semi-storyless, free flowing nature--I did too--but that doesn't mean you should talk down on a sequel or spinoff just because it changes things, especially if those things are generally improvements.

omg i cant wait to buy this... i should pay more attention to when things get realsed im going to buy it tomoz ^_^ i loved playing the gamecube version i did think it was going to be turned based but i really got into it and i ended up completeing it way before my bro who brought the game. i went all obsessive over it, which i think its quite strange since there isn't many games i get obsessive over. i didnt really like ffxii although iam@the end battles nothings compelling me to finish the game

I have bought and played both, crystal chronicles is enjoyable if light-weight using real time combat, forging and decent puzzles. revenant wings is a clumsy rpg/rts fusion. for my money and preference i would get crystal chronicles.

They are little kids meaning that there hyper and have high voices. Furthermore the japonese language tends to push a persons voice to a higher tone.

PS: I STILL want better acting in the American version, and I was kidding about the "My ears are bleeding from how bad the Japanese actors are!" part. Now I can handle them 'cuz my sister watches Anime- in Japanese - all the time. When the computer I typed this on was out, she hardly let anyone go on the computer for HOURS. Ugh.

Yeah, but that's mainly for 4Kids. Why else would people say that they are the worst dubbing company in the world? They DESTROY Anime by giving us terrible new names for characters (I think the Japanese names in Anime are cooler) with even worse voice actors (Jason Griffith), new terrible music, several missing scenes (i.e. Escargoon's murder in the Kirby Anime), and a whole loada other stuff, like censorship.
