Infomercials like this one cause mixed feelings in me. Trucks do have bad brakes, sleepy drivers and bald tires. But also many truck accidents are caused by car drivers. They simply do not allow the trucker enough distance or space to operate safely. Some do not realize the power it takes to stop an 80000 pound semi.
@Phil0267 - There is no question that accidents are caused by automobile drivers as well. We represent the injured "not at fault" person. There are many times that we reject a case after an investigation reveals that our client is clearly at fault. We represent injured drivers and passengers no matter whether they are an auto driver or a truck driver.
