Axelrod is clearly lying. I'm the same age as Obama and I knew the name Beradine Dorhn since I was a kid. She was world famous as a radical anti-war bomber. I heard her name thousands of times on TV news reports. She and Angela Davis were radical icons and anyone who was at all aware of the news at that time heard their names and saw their pictures every day on television and in thousands of newspapr articles.

This is FACT not an "outrageous claim". Why is it that ANY dissection of Obama's past, ideals or policies is considered a "distraction". Our next President's character IS what really matters. The American people don't always know what's best for them - they look for the easy way out. And a candidate that says "I'll fix everything, just elect me" attracts the lazy and disinterested.
