I've only been playing guitar for a little bit but it's not that hard to tell what he's doing. First part I believe he's picking strings for a Dm then Am. After he does that for a little bit it goes from Dm, I believe a barred Am, F, and then C major. And it alternates between those cards, the sequence changing a bit, and on some parts landing on A major instead of minor. Then I think a barred G is thrown in there, not sure, don't have much experience with bar chords. Point is figure it out...

@boardmafia no. if you play with capo on the fifth or sixth freet (personaly I prefere fifth.. gives it a little more sadness then sixth) you can play those chordes that you mention. if you want to play it like she is doing you have Dm, Am, F sus4 (?), F, C, A, Gm(?).. think those are all..
