  • @TheCreatorOf4 nobody cares what a crazy of fart like ron paul thinks neither so whats your point?

  • he just as bad as rest of the right wing nuts, trying to have the wealthy run the country fuck that old crazy senile fuck. obama 2012 bitchs

  • @spitzilla1 Nobody cares what a guy from the ghetto thinks.

  • @spitzilla1 You really should pay more attention to what it is Dr. Paul says. He's explicitly saying constantly that his goal is to let you run your own life.

  • Ron Paul 2012. Because THIS time, tax cuts for billionaires, financial deregulation and trickle down economics is going to totally work!

    Honest!

  • @portpass1974 You are a fucking idiot. The problem is overspending and overregulation. Many countries have far less regulations than the U.S. and their economies are in much better shape. Hong Kong rapes you.

  • @itachi705 Hong Kong? What? They actually have regulations on capital and trade, and even entitlement and infrastructure spending. What are you, a socialist?

Only paradises like Central Africa have very little taxation, regulation, social programs and non-existent labor unions. That's a great place to live, unlike the socialism we have here in the United States or other brutal, left-wing dictatorships like Sweden, Canada and Norway.

Jesus, Itachi, don't you ever watch Fox News?

  • damn ... im from EU and rly want Ron to win the elections ... i have great respect for him he just knows the right way

  • Jack Nut Tapper

  • What was the favorite day of the Champion of the Constitution?

A: Why, the day he earned his PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE.

    -

    You gotta love that!

    FREEDOM courses through his veins!

  • I kinda like the part of the postal roads in the Constitution, oh well

  • I don't like it when Communist and fascist are put together in the same camp. Communist and Fascists like the Nazi's have traditionally been enemies. Those camps Hitler was running didn't just kill the Jews, they also had communists. The war on terror in Nazi Germany in the 1930's was first declared to get rid of the Communists. So, please people, learn your history, and get educated on political theory. Thanks and Peace. Also, please vote for Ron Paul, cause he is our last hope. Ron Paul 2012.

  • @IamForever42 Communism and fascism are defined by history as essentially the same. Single party system, complete removal of natural rights, secret police, death camps for enemies of the state, command economy... the list goes on. That's what people refer to when they lump them together: the effect they have on the citizenry. Obviously, their goals are different, but since they never achieve their goals, they can only be defined by what they do. They are just synonyms for tyranny.

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 - If you had actually read Marx instead of believing whatever your dear little Ron Paul told you, you'd know that the majority of 'communist' regimes in history had very little to do with actual communism/socialism, I'm not at all saying that I agree with everything the Communist Manifesto says, all I'm saying is that you should start thinking critically and doing some research instead of just accepting everything people tell you.

  • @Fan666Maiden - It seems your bias against my choice of usernames blinded you so that you didn't read my comment. We both agree... that communists never reach their goals of communism, which is the same as saying "'communist' regimes in history had very little to do with actual communism" And all Ron Paul is saying is that communists, fascists, republicans, democrats, and tyrants have all done the same thing: supported big government and denied rights. Good to know that we agree!

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 2 of my least favorite ideologies, Nazism and Corporate Fascism, and he is for taking away military aid to a state run by Zionism. Zionism is probably my second least favorite ideology. He is also against neoconservatives, which Obama is in actuality if you analyze his policy choice, specifically when it comes to foreign policy. That is why, primarily, Ron Paul has my vote. I don’t agree with his economic philosophy, or his welfare stance. But I like him in many other areas.

  • @IamForever42 Wow, one of the longest comment replies on Youtube, and one of the best. Thanks for the analysis, I appreciate your drawing the similarities/strengths between the ideologies. To be clear, I didn't mean to imply that I lumped communism and fascism with tyranny because they don't accomplish their goals. I just mean that, in practice, many nations that have strived for peace/prosperity through total government control have ended up trampling minorities through genocide.

  • @IamForever42 This is how they are "one and the same" though I ask that you forgive the generality. By minority, I simply mean dissenting opinion. You are a master political scientist, and again, I appreciate your elucidation of the differences between classical and modern liberals/libertarians/socialists/capitalists and so forth. I agree with you that the sort of capitalism Ron Paul espouses is much better than anyone else on top right now. Less military, more truly equal rights.

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 legitimate criticism of these ideologies would be that they deny the individual freedom, as according to the classical liberal or modern day liberal, or free market anarchist. But don’t say that they are shitty ideologies because they don’t work. Hitler got Germany to be fascist, and communism with Buddhist communes lasted long periods of time, with no uprising, just with peace, as individuals in these communes were fine. I love Ron Paul, personally, because he is against

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 (free market anarchist), believe freedom can only be achieved with people putting themselves before society or the state. I believe that freedom comes when people put the interest of the common good before the interest of their own individual self interest or own immediate good. I believe that the individual in society benefits more when the community is put before everything else, including themselves. If you dislike Socialism or Communism, or Fascism, just know that a

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 either with the state owning and operating the means of productions and society, or the working class owning and operating the means of production and society. The one thing all collectivist or communal ideologies, that is fascism, communism, and socialism, have in common, is they believe individuals are free when they put the interest of the state, or the society, or the community, before the self interest of themselves. Where libertarians or libertarian anarchist

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 Anarchist socialists, or libertarian socialists, believe private enterprise and the state are both illegitimate in owning and operating the means of production. The libertarian socialist believes the means of production should instead be owned and operated by the workers in a completely pure and direct democratic socialist society. To the socialist, economic equality is accomplished when society is working together instead of competing in a capitalist economy,

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 just disagree with the function and role of government in peoples lives. All liberals are pro capitalism. That is a fact. Socialist on the other hand, have a philosophy that promotes the idea of human beings being social creatures over competitive creatures, and, as a result, promotes an economic system where people are social not competitive. State socialist believe the state should own the means of production, instead of private enterprise owning the means of production.

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 protection against an abusive capitalist economic system, hence why modern liberals are in disagreement with traditional liberals over economic philosophy. The classical liberal believes an abusive economic system is one with the state intervening, thus hurting the individual, while the modern liberal believes an abusive economic system is a laissez-faire system of economics, which hurts the individual. Both liberals believe in protecting civil liberties, they

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 to be left alone in a free market to find economic equality. That means no government intervention, what so ever, is approved. Progressives are socialists and liberals mixed. Progressives are for mixed economies, and as you may know, government intervention in capitalism, which they believe brings economic freedom and equality. They don’t trust the free market. Economic equality, for modern day liberals, is when capitalism has government oversight, so individuals have

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 They believe individuals property is being stolen by others through progressive taxes. The classical liberal believe governments have nothing, so when they give money and resources to others, like in the case of welfare, they are actually taking money and resources from others, and that is theft, no different then a gangster coming into someone’s home and taking their money, which then makes the government illegitimate. Liberals, or libertarians, believe citizens should

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 libertarianism, comes down to ones philosophy of freedom. Classical liberals believe freedom can only be obtained if there is limited government, where the governments only real role in peoples life is to protect those people from theft and fraud. Freedom to the classical liberal is the individuals ability to live life as he or she pretty much sees fit as long as they aren’t denying other people that same right. This is why classical liberals are against progressive taxation.

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 influencing both parties to keep wars going, with use of wealth, because that is how they make their profit. Also there are the fossil fuel companies, timber industry, and hydro power industries, that are quite damaging to the environment. Maybe if the state outlawed these industries, and/or nationalized the weapons industry, then maybe life would be more peaceful for humanity. Plus, ones reason for liking communism, or classical liberalism, known today as

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 the longest lasting civilizations in human history, lasting thousands of years, were Buddhist Communes, or, communist societies. In these communes, members practice compassion meditation on a daily basis, living in peace, or surviving. That is why I am for communism, because I am for survival over competition. Plus capitalism, even if there was regulation, still goes against humanities survival because of the Weapons industries, apart of the Military Industrial Complex,

  • @IamForever42 Well I think an argument against communism is an argument of scale.

For example if you think about it communism occurs in a single household. Each person does his share more or less, and the family as a whole tries to satisfy everyone's needs and wishes as it is able, and in general a family is a pretty strong stable social unit.

but even with something as small as a family, look how many divorces people have!

Communism forcibly tries to have all people

  • @IamForever42 operate as a single family. When you talk about buddhist communes your're talking about a very special set of societies in which everyone has something very important and spiritual in common with the rest, and their goals are very similar.

This isn't the case with a nation full of people, maybe on some issues it is. That's why the government is good for war, when you have 1 straightforward mission, the government inefficiency is decreased, but when you have

  • @IamForever42 a mission of satisfying the needs and wants 300 million people living in a nation, and maximizing everyone's benefit, even when the people in charge have the BEST of intentions things can go wrong, such a utilitarian problem is unsolvable even for the world's most powerful computers, and it will remain unsolvable for decades to come...

Communism just can't exist on this scale, central planning growth infinitely more complex as you include more people in the society

  • @Kiarip So I came 2 an important conclusion a while back. For 1, I put human rights be4 anything else, 2, not everyone is 4 communism like I am, & 3, communism will most likely never grow in this society because 2 many people want some form of capitalism. So, in reality I am a communist, but in practice I would be a progressive. I do have a socialist & conservative philosophy. But, I do believe, the best Capitalism is not free market capitalism, or true capitalism, it is state regulated

  • @Kiarip to self-ownership, which states R required 2 protect. This is a simple moral truth that the Bill of Rights protects.

  • @Kiarip I will not B apart of it. This is also the reason I am against forced AA or forced NA. There is something really sick & disturbing about using the criminal justice system 2 force people, who use drugs, 2 admit that they R powerless over something greater, & 2 give up friends they may have had since they started making friends. THAT IS TOTALITARIANISM. But, I am for NA and AA if people want them, 4 that is their right as a human being. Remember, people have a basic human right

  • @Kiarip & those Buddhist Communes were real communist societies, because they weren’t forced collectivist societies. True communism can only come about if every1 wants it, & works 4 it. This is another reason I am against forcing my idea of what is a truly civil society on other people, a society where people R actually happy & free 2 B who they really R, in nature. Forcing communism on society would mean implementing totalitarianism. 4 me, that is wrong in every way possible.

  • @Kiarip fascism 2 B a good thing, & why fascist chose 2 represent business elites. However, I would still argue that laissez faire economics is also anti-family values. Our social nature, an innate feature of our being, can’t flourish in any capitalist society of any type. The best we can do is regulate capitalism or the free market, in a way 2 where it is able 2 help every1, & so the family unit can survive. It’s not ideal, but it’s the best we can do. But, then again, nothing is ideal.

  • @Kiarip economics, that laissez faire economics was anti-family values. They argued, essentially, that free markets broke up the family. I would argue today, Corporations, that R anti-free markets in nature, R anti-family values as well. They R, as they grew 2 B by the start of the 20th century, total tyrannies, & incapable of being benevolent,& R totally totalitarian & fascist in nature. No surprise then why the New Right in Europe, during the 1930’s, was born when business elites recognized

  • @Kiarip correct any problem that may B plaguing us in the current moment we R living. Also, listening & negotiating with 1 another is crucial, and is the basis 4 true democratic change. Now, I must say, the breaking up of families is because of many factors. I would argue that the economic system society lives under is the basis & root of the family falling apart. Traditional conservatives pointed out around our founding, when classical liberals or economic liberals were advocating laissezfai

  • @Kiarip past 2 now. It is all 1, corrupt is corrupt, & virtue is virtue, period. Quite simple really. I put human rights 1st. I am 4 a rational society, & bringing about change through democratic means (opposite of totalitarian means, or illegitimate means). But education is needed 4 this. Education is more important than anything else if 1 wants 2 liberate 1 self & every1 else around them. We must B educated about our current circumstance in the current moment we R in, so 2 effectively

  • @Kiarip So, what he or she implements is going 2 B corrupt, because they R creating something in the physical world, out of their being. The creation is 1 with the creator, as a result then, when the creator is corrupt, the creation is corrupt. So, the means, when illegitimate, always makes the ends illegitimate. & when the means R illegitimate, then the state of mind, for the person adopting the illegitimate means, is already illegitimate. There is no separation from now 2 future & from the

  • @Kiarip The means never justify the ends, period! Basically, no matter how ideal a society is, in ones mind, if it is implemented illegitimately (via killing, torturing people, violating all types of human rights, etc.) then that society, already, is the opposite of ideal, moral, and pleasant, be4 it even got implemented. The reason is because the person implementing it (it being the creation) is corrupt; really, at that moment, that person, their being, is corrupted.

  • @Kiarip the common good, as it is, 4 them anyways, 2 B an ideal goal. But, when 1 looks at that in a rational mind set, they begin 2 see a problem with it, & see something that is just so illogical. They see, understanding a simple moral and ethical truth, that violating human rights is absolutely never ideal, & absolutely never in the best interest of the common good. This is just a plain & simple fact. More importantly, it is an ethical & moral rule!

  • @Kiarip capitalism that works 2 please everyone & is not destructive towards the environment. 2 force communism (an ideal society) through force or some type of coercion, is forcing something ideal through illegitimate means. Many totalitarians believe the world would be better off if they had it their way. In their mind, violating human rights is ideal, because it will help them bring about a society they believe 2 B ideal; so, 2 them, violating human rights is 4 the best interest of

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 did achieve their goals of turning Germany’s democracy into a totalitarian system of government.Fascism is, after all, a reactionary ideology, that despises democracy, and wishes to change every aspect of that democratic society into the complete opposite - totalitarianism. That is pretty much the fascist goal, and it was executed quite well via propaganda in Germany by Hitler. So, that makes your reason for using the terms interchangeable even more illogical. Plus, some of

  • @RevolutionPaul2012 So I must say, I think it isn’t very logical to use both terms interchangeably with tyranny, just because they never achieved their goals, and because certain people within Marxist communist movements, like in Russia, established totalitarianism, hurting their populations, and fascists, like in Germany, hurt certain groups like communists and Jews. And, to correct me and you, fascists like in Germany,

  • Give me chills also.. I didn't fall for the Obama deception, but I was hopeful that Obama was going to end the war in Iraq. Now he was given the credit for it.. What most people don't know(because of major ignorant media)is that we were forced to, that we tried to stay longer, and we got thousands of "contractors" there. Most are mercenaries. The only choice for me (because I became a c span nut) is Ron Paul in 2012.. lets end the war,and cut the fat in Washington.

  • How can anyone sane not want this man to run our country? It gives me chills to listen to him.

    God Bless You Dr. Paul!

  • Great interview. Paul always answers questions in complete philosophy.

  • Please elect this wise old man, he knows his shit.

  • Is he still on payroll of Iran??? Why???

  • @Richbacon he is not on the payroll of Iran, he's on the payroll of liberty

  • What a load of bull elizabeth warren 2016.

  • @NikEgUy101 LMAO #FAIL. Yes govt build roads etc, but where did they get the money from sunshine?

  • Such a down to earth and transparent guy. THAT is my president. Like if you agree!

  • I hate how people automatically think that if the government doesn't do it then it wouldn't exist. Warren doesn't even realize that the problems she is talking about are the results of the "solutions" that she is proposing.

  • @anryth Well said :)

  • I like Ron Paul, but Elizabeth Warren rocks!!

  • "Or Israel"... you just couldn't leave it alone, could you, Asshole? FUCK YOU AND FUCK ISRAEL!

  • The aren't "public schools." They're "government indoctrination facilities." America is a fascist country. There is little hope of turning it around because the American people are ignorant and lazy. There is absolutely NO resemblance between modern America and the great Constitutional Republic founded in 1776. That's a FACT.

  • @provc It doesn't matter if we win, or "turn it around"... This is a battle for mens' souls, and if you want to be saved then you have to stand with the man who is telling the truth. He's doing good work and standing up for all of us, and he's getting my vote no matter what.

  • I enjoy how Ron can literally destroy anyone, and all the mind controlled morons running in the government does not stand a chance.

  • @ktwarner87 Thats like saying I'd rather be a banana than a fruit

  • Ron Paul is the only one running for the right reasons!

  • Ron Paul is a big loser. Newt will be the GOP Nominee. Anyone wasting their time and vote for the nutjob Ron Paul is a loser. Ron Paul is a proven coward and supporter of terrorism against the USA. Vote for the Newster. Amen.

  • @runningchance

ye sure lets vote for a guy that cheated on his wife while she had cancer

  • @runningchance

perfect example of the average newt supporter, ty for helping RonPaul win.

  • Ron Paul is talking about a virtual paradigm shift, which ironically, is what flows from the constitution. One thing effects another. Freedom from wasted taxes for departments who want a bigger budget each year, constant wellfare state for some who milk the system. The USA is about to implode on itself because of too much government control leading to corruption, constant wars, the patriot act etc. That is not in your constitution!!

I think many are simply scared of responsibility!!

  • RP's economics make no sense. In many instances public services are better and cheaper. If they are more expensive and it is because the workers are paid a little better, than that's a good thing. If my house is on fire and the private fire department doesn't put out the fire because I lost my job and I fell behind in my payment to them and they let my house burn down, won't the fire spread all around my neighborhood? Middle class. Think working class. I'm a socialist!

  • @vag0224 : LOL.. another uneducated socialist rant. Of course, we all know that socialism has a habit of destroying middle class and relegating everyone to equality of poverty. SOCIALISM != middle class.

  • @vag0224

fire departments are local creatures, not federal .

  • @vag0224

furthermore if the federal gov didn't take and waste so much , your local fire department would be better funded. Ron Paul is all about giving you back the power over your money, you don't want it?

  • @vag0224

also could i just point out your argument makes no sense , because he is not even talking about ending fire departments. not even close. he never even hinted at anything remotely like that.

  • would rather be a socialist than a fascist........

  • Imagine a country or world for that matter, that has one law... LIVE AND LET LIVE FLOURISH AND LET FLOURISH. Break that law and you will have hell to pay. Too simple? I don't see why, that's how I was raised.

  • SMART PEOPLE THAT UNDER STAND FREEDOM VOTE FOR RON PAUL, RON PAUL IS THE ONLY ONE THAT SPEAKS OF FREEDOM

  • There is not a harder working, more dedicated public servant, deserving of a shot at top spot then Ron Paul...I rest my case. Let there be justice.

  • @cavenin HELL YEAH, END THE FEDS, RON PAUL 2012!

  • Millions of Americans, would appreciate if the global media outlets (like the BBC and others), WOULD STOP PLACING AMERICA "LOCKSTEP" WITH ISRAEL.

WE ARE TWO SEPARATE COUNTRIES, AND AMERICANS HAVE TWO SEPARATE BELIEF SYSTEMS.

Israel OCCUPIES another country - Palestine. Israel is participating in GENOCIDE and Apartheid against the INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF PALESTINE...

Please, DO NOT include the American people, and their INTERESTS, as "one in the same" as Israel's misguided aims and beliefs!

  • This is the problem America now faces: Being hated amongst the world, by countries who once were our allies - SOLEY, because the U.S. (wrongly I might add), is placarded by the overwhleming FALSE belief, that Americans BACK Israel 100%, when in REALITY -this is no more than fables , mistruths, and blatant lies. Most Americans DO NOT approve of the rabid Terroristic Zionist regime, and their "Zionistic" "Neo-nazi" policies.

  • To the idiots posring about his age. Do you want a 16 year old working on your car or do you want a seasoned well trained reliable mechanic? He is the ONLY one who has preached the same messages for 30 years. And yet it's people like you who won't listen. Guess what smart asses, Ron Paul was RIGHT. Do you enjoy what the young pretty faces have done to our country? Now shut up and sit down and listen, you might actually learn something.

  • END THE FEDS, STOP THE NEW WORLD ORDER, RON PAUL 2012, THE ONLY ONE THAT TALKS ABOUT FREEDOM

  • Comment removed

  • Elizabeth Warren is actually correct. Instead of actually proving her wrong Ron Paul just rants about how bad the government is, all he seems to do...

  • @23lFrench True. Socialist systems such as a public Police Force, Public Schools and Libraries are the bane of people like me. Without a public police force, I could come into your home and rape your wife and daughters and behead your sons in front of you. And there is nothing you can do about it because I have bigger guns, and I have others sworn to me who will gladly cut you up. I can afford these things and have others to slave away for me. Heh, one of these days you folks won't have 911

  • @robodik What you've posted is actually pretty descriptive of how the police treat minorities in this country.

  • Nice "internet" interview. "A question from one of our online collegues". Control the front runner. An ABC softball hitpiece. What a farce.

  • Private enterprise, not government control, but free people to be all they can be! What is good for one is good for everyone, that is a REPUBLIC, by the people, for the people!

  • SOCIALIST IS THE SAME AS Communism

  • @d0ct0rd3ath I strongly recommend you again to check the FACTS!

  • @Exchiefboy HEY DUM AS GOT MORE STUDY THAN YOU CAN DREAM OF, GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT, YOU HAVE NO CLUE

  • @Exchiefboy IF YOU WANT YOUR GOVERMENT TO CONTRL YOU KILL YOUR SELF SLAVE, YOU DUM DOWN, FREEDOM, THERE NO FREEDOM IN A SOCIAL GOVERMENT, IF YOU DONT LIVE HERE SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • @d0ct0rd3ath I live in the Communist country run by corrupted officials, yes. While you live in a capitalistic country run by corporations and zionists. Well I heard that the illiteracy is pretty high in US, and I think you are the best example of it considering the fact you are tying in caps with this agressive tone...

  • @Exchiefboy AMERICA IS NOT CAPITALISTIC COUNTRY,IT BEEN TAKEN OVER BY THAT, ALEST YOU ARE SHOWING SOME KNEWLEGE, WILE WE ARE FIGHT OVER BULLSHIT, THE ZIONISTS ARE WINNING, AN YES AMERICA HAS BEEN DUM DOWN AN MOST DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON, I BEEN TRYING TO WAKE PEOPLE, BUT I HAVE TO WAST TIME ON YOU. FREEDOM IS TRUTH, AN TRUTH IS POWER

  • @Exchiefboy COMPUTERS DON'T HAVE EMOTIONS, CAPS ARE ON BECAUSE I CAN, CONTROL THE HISTORY OF THE MAN, YOU CONTROL THE MAN. BE FREE, END THE FEDS, WE HAVE A GOD GIVING RIGHT FOR FREEDOM.

  • @d0ct0rd3ath Computers don't have emotions but clearly what you write and how you write can say something about you. Well I agree about ending the fed :D

  • RON PAUL 2012!

  • @d0ct0rd3ath Oh my gosh ,how desperate you guys must be,this guy is half dead, look at him!

You migth find healthier looking man in a nursery home.

  • @ourhehe HEY DUM AS WATCH YOUR BACK

  • @d0ct0rd3ath

why you capitalize, u mad ?

  • Ron Paul makes ALOT of sence.

  • I liked him pretty good until he insulted Elizabeth Warren.

  • @TreesOnTheBeach When did he insult her? She said she was a socialist and that she was wrong. She IS a socialist. There's nothing insulting about being a socialist... it's a different political belief. Paul happens to believe socialism won't save america, and thus said Warren is a socialist and is therefore wrong. How, exactly, is that insulting?

  • Liz Warren is awesome!

  • RON PAUL MAKES NO SINCE. NAZI REPUBLICANS

  • i WAS GONNA VOTE FOR THE DUMB OLD FUCK, NOT NOW.

  • @lifelovemusic2009 You never were going to vote for him.

  • ... We can in communities build public parks and really whatever. My distinction comes in the point that because they are on land that is of public domain, because I believe that as a nation all land is public domain, that we have the right to force those who live on it to the will of society. I think he thinks of the USA more like an open beach, while I think of it more like a sandbox owned by a collective. We have the obligation and right to set expectations and rules on others.

  • @letsmakeapoint please give evidence as to how our governments are not distinct from society and how they reflect societal goals.

  • @letsmakeapoint "I believe that as a nation all land is public domain"

Belief is not reality. Does "We" do this voluntarily or by force? How in the world is the USgov reflective of societal goals? What percentage of the people were against the bailouts? The moment you reverted to force your whole argument falls apart. Do you own yourself? Is saying your a Libertarian Socialist a nice way of saying your a Marxist? Using force and authoritarianism is immoral and more a kin to Marx

  • ... are a reflection of societal goals. So lets say we as a society have decided upon ourselves to create public infrastructure. We are taking our wealth and investing it in roads, rail, et cetera. That wealth has not gone away, it has been invested. We now collectively own this. I can't go sell my share of it, of course, but I have the right to utilize it. The second point mostly is exactly the same as the last one, just a different way of putting it. [cont]...

  • I am a progressive, so Ron Paul and I agree on many things, mostly regarding foreign policy. We agree with some economics, and some on government. This is because I am specifically a socialist libertarian (look up if you don't know). He has primarily two problems in his thinking: first that the government is distinct from society and second that society itself cannot function as a collective in a formal and authoritarian way. Government, in democracies,... [cont. above]

  • @letsmakeapoint "So lets say we as a society..." What is the 'public?' I'm a member of the public and so are you, but we have different priorities. How do you reconcile those differences? Perhaps I want a piece of land to be a golf course and you want it to be a park. How do you suppose this difference is to be resolved? By force or negotiation? "Government in democracies are a reflection..." How so? You are part of society but if you are in the minority then gov't doesn't reflect you. Right?

  • @plenarchist That is why people like me will not stop you from just leaving the society. You have the right to leave. Unlike today, which this right really doesn't seem to exist, we are talking about ideal societies, and in mine you have the right to associate yourself with some other group.

Most people are fine, in a democracy, to compromise with some things. If those things are irreconcilable, you can other influence others to your means or join a different group.

  • @letsmakeapoint "Most people are fine, in a democracy..." Democracy is not about compromise; it's about total votes. I can see by your response, you believe it's ok to use force to get what you want if you have the votes. I suppose you would have no problem with slavery if the majority voted 'yes' for it. Or maybe eugenics? You'll find no moral cover for committing atrocities against humanity just because 51 out of 100 people say it's ok... democracy is just a modern form of tribalism.

  • ALL! BE AWAREE TO EXTREME CENSURE FROM NWO AFTER WILL BE RON PAUL ELECTED! AWARE OF EXTREME CENSURE, SAVE RON PAUL LIFE AFTER WILL BE HE ELECTED, DONT PLEASE WAY SAME AS jfk WAS CENSORED PLEASE!

  • If this guy loses

    He will just build Rapture.

  • Awesome video! Completely opened my eyes! Ron Paul 2012!

  • who is this brainwashed idiot interviewing our next President?

  • I don't agree with everything Ron Paul says, but I applaud his distinguishing (from 10:29 to 11:21) between the people who got rich through honest labor and ingenuity and the people who got rich through corruption, ripping people off, and corporate welfare. That distinction is lost on too many people from both ends of the spectrum.

  • @Seasass No corporation is a single person. Your argument is invalid.

  • @resonantdave Uhh ... I was not aware that I was making that argument.

  • Ron Paul (LIKE A BOSS): ELIZABETH WARREN IS A SOCIALIST!!!

  • i like elizabeth warren

  • @TickleMehNancy why?

  • @MrGiggity890 because she has spent decades sticking up for the middle classes and she is genuine just like ron paul is and the establishment doesn't like her just like ron paul. read up about her...

  • @TickleMehNancy except she is wrong...if the gov't didn't use the force of gov't to steal money from productive members of society, these productive members of society would be able to provide the middle class with jobs and significant and fair wages....she thinks that because the gov't provides roads that a business can get their goods to market....without gov't force there would be much better roads and other services

  • @MrGiggity890 moderation is the key

  • @TickleMehNancy you are right

  • @TickleMehNancy : eh? how did she stick up for the middle classes when she's clearly part of the top 1%?

Well, Paul, who is far from the establishment, doesn't like socialists and their slippery-slope fallacies that starved hundreds of millions to death and in US created one of the worst decades in US history.

  • Ron......how did you get paid while you were in congress some twenty four years? Answer: The taxpayers.

Ron..you get an automatic pay raise every year in congress and who pays for that? Answer: The taxpayers.

Ron Paul should run as an independent in the hypocrisy party.

Oh and how was that stint as flight surgeon in the Air Force practicing socialized medicine? Good enough for the troops wasn't it Ron?

  • @zygotepeyote haha, so you would have him not accept payment for his work? Who on this planet would do this? Also, the important thing is hes never taken money from lobbyists. The last statement is just false. Stop with your disinformation, you're not that good at it.

  • @Bpowderr Last statement false? Ron Paul was in the Air Force as a Flight Surgeon. If you can't get the facts straight you might need to get a reality check! He is a man with some good ideas but associates with a party of the wealthy. Real men stand on their own...Ron Paul is a QUACK! Dementia is kicking his ass!

  • @Bpowderr there's a bit of a conflict of interest...as a certified fraud examiner, i can tell you this is clear corruption

  • If anyone thinks the free market will fix anything in this era of greed they will not be taken seriously. All you had to do is watch his eyes when he was listening to Elizabeth Warren's quote. Ron Paul has some good ideas but calling her a socialist shows his allegiance to the party who laughs at him all the time. Socialist don't go broke or die when they get sick..they see a doctor..what a concept! And he rails against the government he has been a part of and now his son is? Get real Ron!

  • Petty. Shame because I actually like him.

  • @Ohloveeh only teabag goons like you could like a slime bag like ron "the hitman" paul. what a laugh. this guy flip flops more than any candidate i have seen & has even preposed a "fair tax" plan which is far worse than herman "the merman uncle tom" cains 999 plan bc it ONLY includes a large sales taxes putting tax on ppl out of work who need to purchase goods. i wish miss warren would run against this goon and get his old ass out of the congress so he can roll over and die already

  • @propagandadrunken You have no idea what you're talking about. Ron Paul would elimanate the income tax, and replace it with nothing. He has never supported the fair tax and is violently opposed to the IRS, which is more than your Obama can ever say he did. Obama is a financial failure, although I should say he's succeed because the only reason he was put into office was to run our country into the ground by his coporate puppet masters. So enjoy your 'change' but I'll stick with the real champ.

  • @propagandadrunken .....what the fuck. I like Ron Paul as a person, and I agree with some of his policies. I am a Socialist from the C.W.I, you arrogant trolling shit.

  • @propagandadrunken Once again, you people need to FUCKING STOP LISTENING TO YOUR MAINSTREAM NEWS like FOX, msnbc, abc, ect. This is what happens, we have a lot of uneducated people running around that think they know what they are talking about, the first half of your comment is completely false. He has never proposed any of that and look at his voting record, I can't find ONE DAMN THING HES FLIPPED FLOPPED ON. I want you to find me one issue he has... I bet you can't.

  • @Bpowderr your a dumbass. ron "the hitman" paul flip flops almost everytime he picks up that damn mic. one day he is for iligal imigration the next day hes against it. one day he is for abortion & the next day against. his polocies are almost the spit image of ronald "the dumbass" reagen who is the primary reason we are in this shit storm today with the help of his henchmen bush duo. bill clinton fixed this mess, bush fucked it up, OBAMA will fix it all again! keep living in a fantesy world kid.

  • @propagandadrunken - Ron Paul is a fool and he supports terrorism against the USA. His cult member supporters believe in Little Spacemen in UFO's and Bigfoot. Ron Paul's Cult is the heart of conspiracy idiots that believe Bush blew up the WTC Towers on 9-11 (truthers) as well as being the fools that think Obama was born in Kenya (birthers). The Ron Paul Cult gets the majority of their support from the KKK and Neo Nazi's. Ron Paul is a GOP nut job and only losers will waste their vote on him.

  • You would rather have us in 7 wars (we already are) spending money to prop up wall street criminals like your buddy Obama. Ron Paul is the only REAL republican. The rest are neo-con war mongers that are owned by wall street and the banksters. Same with the democrats. They don't serve you, this man wants us to go back to the constitution, get rid of the patriot act and all other unconstitutional legislati
