One of my favourite movies of all time. Haim acted brilliantly even with a broken foot and almost didn't make this production. It was this same determination to persevere against all that physically worked against him that punctuated Haim's career. Some may say he wasn't cut out for the rigours of acting or Hollywood, but who is seriously cut out for anything? If we reach the top at anything we're always just shy of having it top us. Celebrate this movie at least. It's some of his best work. RIP
