  • i need to show my old man this. he seems to think that his boat looks good as a garden onerment [other words its been a while since its been in the water

  • You're welcome! Also if you want to have supreme control around the dock check out our all new steering enhancement called Thrust Vectors at our website. You will steer like a pro as soon as you bolt them on. Have a great day!

  • Thanks for the tutorial. I have purchased a SX230 and have not had the opportunity to launch it yet so this was very helpful.

  • actually yes, maryland does have restrictions to power loading, its part of the test before they'll give you your boating license

  • thats called "power loading" and its a no no, you erode the end of the ramp that way

  • Yamaha actually suggests loading this way and to be honest with you that is the best way I have found to load. Do you have restrictions on the way you can load at your ramp?

  • I have done that before but for the sake of the video I wanted to illustrate how to do it safely. Don't want to get in trouble with Corporate. Thanks for the look.

  • why don;t you then lean over the front and hook the winch instead of getting out to do it? then just drive away
