You could set Sea Salt at basically any Market. Just make sure it does not contain any Iodine. That will really fuck up the piercing. Get a cup, fill it up with water (clean not from the faucet) and then get the sea salt and put like 5 table spoons. Get a Q-Tip and dip it in the Sea Salt Water and clean around the piercing. Clean the scabs with the Q-Tip. NEVER take the scabs off with your fingers.

Then after cleaning outside with Q-Tip the rest of the Sea Salt you use to rinse your mouth, use it like mouth wash.
