Poor guy. With those mechanics its a wonder how he even gets the ball going. Theres no torso and hip separation, his arm is already in front of him before he can drive power from the ground and stay behind the ball. Guy is throwing all shoulder, not just arm, but shoulder. I dread to think how his labrum looks like. And I sympathize with this pitcher because I had the same problems and it took me 2 years to just get my mechanics down correctly. Still a pain to maintain them.

Naw man, I'm almost positive that was his 'fastball'. This was our game vs. Austin Reagan High School who isn't known for their baseball program. We beat them something like 25-1 in this early season tourney. We were pretty good though... Ended up making the class 3A 'final four' state tourney for Texas.
