Wow, I just found this and I only wish the visual was included- seems incomplete. I had no idea that I wasn't the only freak out there. There are certain activities with sights and sounds that I become mesmerized by watching, but the activity shouldn’t be rushed- kind of meticulous and methodical. Watching someone cutting construction paper, cutting hair, mortaring bricks/smoothing cement- all put me in a very relaxed state. Does anyone else experience the tingling sensation across their scalp?

@NotoriousBBG yes :) apparently the tingly scalp feeling is called ASMR (i forget what that stands for) but there are some great videos on here for that, especially sound videos like this and whisper videos. there's one somewhere of someone packaging seeds with the video too, it's lovely

You can find videos on Youtube of people walking in heels, but they're not very long at all, so I went and picked out my favorites and made a playlist of them, and when I want to go to sleep, I just put that playlist on "autoplay." I used THAT before I found Leviticus45, though. Lately, I've been listening to HIS videos to go to sleep.

I've enjoyed many of your videos--it's amazing and strange the various sounds that relax me. Here's one for you--I've always zoned right out when a character on TV crinkles a paper bag. Not frantic crumpling as if it were trash, but the inevitable sounds it makes as one opens a bag, spreads it out, or rolls the top closed over whatever is inside. Weird, but there you go. lol
