Also kinda disagree with what most people say about sponsors and pros using what they get paid for. Although this is true in any thing in the world. there is also the honest side of it. Where you or a pro starts out trying to get sponsored by what they already use because they have to show the company they actually know about the bait before they even try. So the ones that stick with the same company most of their career and help in development should deserve respect.If company continues to grow

I have a pinnacle slider. in it's 3rd year now. We fish 30-40 tournaments a year plus practices. has been bullet proof so far . No lie. Got it at Walmart for like 60 buck. Had to give it props. I don't use that little wheel though. I thought I would use it so I could smoke and fish at the same time.

@akrivosdiavolos73 - John Crews, Wolak and Elias are all sponsored fisherman, and last I checked, they were holding 1st place checks last year using Pinnacle gear. And Wal-Mart does not sell the tournament level gear. You can only find it at Tackle Warehouse right now.  Sorry you are a tool and only purchase what you are told.

The tip about fishing shallow and boat position is great. By the way, Wolak and his buddy use to fish a lake in CT against us when he was just a Kid. Many guys are still trying to figure out how they won so many tournaments. My hats off to Dave for doing so well and succeeding in a sport he loves.
