Hello!! Actually I'm in the USA right now, and sadly we cant go to the philippines right now because of my studies. I just want to know, will this be your last time visiting the Philippines? Because i am going to the Philippines sometime in mid july, and my grandma is a teacher, and my grandpa is in the airforce. Maybe you would like a tour around private military property, kr see airforce planes, or like you can visit schools?

Oh yes, please go to Greenbelt in Makati or anywhere in Global City (Fort Bonifacio)! <3 SM Malls are so huge and flocked by a LOT (an underestimation) of people so it's easier to get lost and not really suitable for a meetup.

btw - I've been to Boracay & Manila & Cebu... Cebu airport is MUCH less crowded than Manila!!! It's crazy there! :S

But the shopping is AAAAAMAZING at Manila! If you plan on shopping at that Asia biggest Mall or whatever it's called ~the one with the super big globe~ it would take a few days to shop through the whole thing!!!

But they still have other really big shopping centres like SM.

Sounds like you'll have a great time there. The city and the natural beauties of the philippines are very different. Manila is much larger than cebu so depending on where you go you'll see different things. Metro manila is the much larger area around the manila city proper which has many must see cities and attractions as well. Since you're spending about a day, in old manila it is quite hectic but they have the oldest buildings etc. but also check out the malls, and various parts of the city.
