hi,thanks for the very useful video, could you please send to me more details about the whole cultivation process equipments,im a mushroom grower.JAMEGUENI@HOTMAIL.COM . THANKS
Great video, I learned a lot. I grow King Oyster in the US for a hobbie. I use a different process. I use pure popcorn in the jars rather than sawdust and rice grain. Then rather than let the mushrooms grow out from the jars, I use it as spawn with pasturized hardwood sawdust and wheat straw tight in a 20cm diameter by 38cm long 4mil plastic bag. The yeild goes up tramendously, but contamination rate does as well. I want to try it your way next, but couldn't quite hear what your fruiting temp is?
Very nice mushroom machine! do you have a smaller system available? perhaps some key components to increase production. i'm a mushroom hobby grower but do have assets and would like to take my production to the next level that equals
Commercial Viability! more automation! more mushrooms!
Mushrooms are the fungus of life and so is water, they both refuse to perform as a slave. Let them both be as they are in nature, let yourself be as you are in nature. That is the meaning of life. Lesson is over, please listen to me I have found god and it's the god of every living thing on this earth no matter what religion. I have learned the meaning of life why can't you, quit playing this manufacturing game and draining the world of energy. if not you will perish.
if they were growing magic mushrooms there that would be alot of shrooms and in that case i wouldnt mind the noise and i would probaly think i was a mushroom
can u repeat, or maybe you could write it down here or send me an email for the information that you told us from the video..I really want to know about the mushroom cultivation. could you give me your email add please?? thank you very much.. :)
I'm a small backyard mushroom farmer in the Philippines and just starting up. Your video is very interesting but I could not understand what the speaker is saying due to the background noise. I hope you'll make it clearer.
Hello, i would be interested to see how you begun... i have a philippino friend here, their parents grow rice in Phillipines...anyway, i m french but living in Australia...i m interested in growing mushrooms for my own and perhaps later to sell... but in small quantities for the neighbourood only (i m ecologicaly friendly and don't like things who travel much around the world). French polutted too much, we try to repair... I hope you ll contact me :)
Very interesting to see how your production of mushroom is done... The background noise and the video montage with different voices together is unfortunate...
they fill the jars then sterulize the jars with a pc or steam. this isnt fully sterulized, just gives the mycelium time to consume the substrate before any contaminates can. in or to sterulize 100% you would need to pc for hours and it would cause eveything to be too mushy and wet, esp. with grain
i always use a pc.... pc can only offer a small window of sterilization, if you achieved 100% byt the time that was done your substrate would be nothing but mush. thats why i only pv qt. jars for 90 min and 3-5lb spawn bags for 2.5-3 hours. any longer and it wouldnt be good.
@Jennysgp HI,THANKS FOR THE VIDEO,COULD YOU PLEASE SEND TO ME MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE WHOLE CULTIVATION PROCESS EQUIPMENTS. TO:JAMEGUENI@HOTMAIL.COM thanks

lol such a big factory and you'd think they'd use something more complicated then what home growers use

If I was a mushroom I wouldn't grow in such a noisy and mechanical atmosphere.

Do they pressure cook the jars once they are filled with sawdust, rice and water mixture? That sterilizes the medium, doesn't it?
