@injectorrehab I would love for you too. Been building drag cars and working on them with my dad sense i was young. Been doing it for over 13 years. Freind come to us with clogged injectors on an old ford ranger seafomed it then ran it over 100 miles hard pulled the injectors after clean. Pulled the same before dirty as hell. Long trips clean a motor Im not some idiot on the Internet and i understand you do this for a business. But there are other ways to do it.

@burnbabey12 sorry inj rehab but burn baby12 is right many oem manufacturers recomend periodic "hard excelleration drive cycles" to clean carbon from not only injectors, valve margins and seats and even the electrode of your spark plug...not to say a good cleaning and bench test for vop on diesel nozzles and such are not also important.....just sayin

Can bad fuel injectors like these cause the car to smell like it is running rich?

@paul06660 very true, it smells stink and severing eyes, bad fuel consumption. Found quality O ring yesterday, injector problem fixed now. :)

@paul06660 it can tun rick. the ecu only adjusts fuel mixture for one bank of cylinders. ill use a boxer engine as an example, since it only has 2 cylinders per bank. if one of the injectors is really clogged up, it wont flow as much fuel. but if the other one is fine, the overall exhaust gas from both cylinders will look lean, because one cylinder is good, and one is lean. so the ecu will adjust until it looks right. but at that point, you have one slightly lean cylinder, and one rich cylinder.

if it done correctly mpg will improve, I had an O ring damaged and plastic tip of two injectors broken during installation. :)

I just had this service done on the fuel injectors on my tl1000 v-twin today. all i can say is wow what a difference. the bike now runs like never before. responses like never before. well worth the money. in fact very cheep i would have payed much more. thanks so much mr. scala. i recommend this service to everyone. wish i would have done it sooner.

o come on there all perfected just throw them back in ...o and put a NOS sticker in the window..that like a 20hp gain there and it will bring up your top speed. =3

no, nHeptane as gasoline is to dangerous and nHeptane has the same properties and specific gravity as gasoline
