I think it is the Carenado Cessna 152 payware and another payware for Rome scenery

The reason for the good frame rates is because all autogen scenery is removed.....if you went down low and landed....youd be landing on top of a picture ....... looks realistic from above but landed, not so great unless the lod was adjust so that autogen shows up at a certain altitude.
