  • If you like James blake ,h ear Tua :)

  • WHOAAA. WHAT ALBUM IS THIS FROM??

  • @stashthecocoa It's a song they only included on the self-titled's vinyl version.

  • @Zenstrummer damn, i need this!

  • That guitar that strums just in the right ear is what nails this song, and makes it simply divine.

  • cant wait for his touch on GOOD Music the album

  • NIGGA-

  • Check my friend's latest track!

Search for 'Jovanna - Luc Hagin'

  • he is a much calmer version of jamie lidell

  • is it a cover?

  • Magical music, this guy is something else!

  • How on earth he takes a song that is a cover of another song, chops it up, then makes a completely new song...

    Pure and utter genius...

  • Unpleasant to the senses. I have heard different styles, and this is just awful... I've heard good things about him, and I'm starting to doubt it... trying too hard to convey depth from nothing IMHO...

  • @likepie69 I disagree completely, beauty can be either simple or complex. Some of the songs seem like nothingness at the start but they grow on you and all the subtleties of each tune become apparent. Everybodys entitled to their opinion, that's just my two cents lol :D.

  • @NYiskillingme fucking tell me about it one of my favourite blake songs and i can never listen to it without hearing it now. That vocal is so prominent in the song as well. ttly gutted

  • i just play this a lot,

  • Ahhh i just realised the vocals are from his cover of "a case of you"

  • I am 100% sure its not new york its ...know your... the song is called you know your youth .

  • Try the same time play James Blake - You Know Your Youth and Yann Tiersen - La valse d'Amélie, I like it!

  • I'm fairly sure its New York not Nigga! But on occasions it sounds different due to the voice synthesizer thingy-m-bob.

  • I feel

  • merci

  • I don't think he's saying or singing "nigga," I think it's "May God.." cut off.

  • 0:04 'nigga jew'

  • @explicitkiid Baahahahhaha!

  • Nigga' WHA??? OK...Now my four yr. old daughter is chanting...Nigga'.

i guess I won't be playing this song around my children! LOL

    Also....too choppy,

  • at 40 seconds he says nigga

  • i'm confused... this is similar, but not at all identical to the track on my vinyl copy. my record has a longer version, with a two-step bassline and a shivering synth line.

that track alone is worth buying a record player.

  • before our love got lost you said...........

  • If you like deep and dark real Dubstep please check soundcloud.comfuturisticwaves

  • @FuturisticWaves rubbbbiiiiissshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • @khachok Music is just noises arranged in an enjoyable way

What makes electronic music any less of a form of music than instrument music? (I enjoy both by the way)

I believe that real music is any music that has had a decent amount of thought put into it and James Blake fits the bill

  • @AmazingPurpleCat Intelectually, I understand what you say. It makes no difference in my inability to ENJOY electronic music, though :)

  • @khachok Fair enough

    Whatever floats your boat

  • @khachok Why are you on here listening to this song then?

  • @khachok try breakcore, then you'll really hate electronic music

    wpVQjEYnpTE

  • @khachok your ignorance astounds me. there is no sense in calling a genre that is so important to many people around the world "disgusting", simply because it's not your taste. anything can be perceived as music, regardless of what type of sound it is. and if you think it "means nothing", try talking to the millions of people around the world who have been touched, affected and influenced by the broad range of electronic music that exists in the world. each to their own, okay? peace!

  • @khachok I respect your opinion but I must express my dismay at your narrow definition of music. Within "Electronic music" there is a diversity that is only rivaled by the diversity of "Analog music". It is, quite literally, a new species of music, rather than a niche genre. It is the music of the producer, rather than the band, and one single artist must master multiple arts of theory, mixing, production, sound design, and even various instruments to be considered great.

  • @khachok that is so stupid

  • @khachok What is real music? This is as real, deep, passionate and heart felt as it gets for many of us. Some people think rock & roll is real, some say jazz, some say classical, others might even think baroque. Music is constantly evolving and diversifying and electronic music is a very significant part of that.

  • @khachok You sound like a typical elderly person afraid of change or unable to accept anything that doesn't coincide with your idea of "good" or "what's right"

REAL music....cannot be defined because all music is real....even The generes i don't like are REAL music...because someone out there enjoys it or finds solace in the melody.

  • @khachok "...because to me electronic sounds are not music - just sounds, and mean nothing. .." I know you wrote this 4 months ago, but that's a real shame because when you don't hear the music in everyday life; birds in the morning, the wind through the leaves, the songs a city makes, the beat of your heart. Makes me sad :-(

  • james blake will play at my funeral

  • @kenfalconeyamazaki can i get on the list?

  • @weaselidiotu the more the better

  • @kenfalconeyamazaki hey! i was gonna do that haah

  • @cocomilkshakex great minds think alike.

  • @kenfalconeyamazaki He will play at my wedding, if it ever happens and if I can afford him. :P

  • @kenfalconeyamazaki I would consider it an honour if he were played at my funeral too, but if there is one thing that I have learned from listening to him it is that we are young people. We are young, free and we can do anything we choose to do if we put our minds to it. In my eyes we are all Young Gods, and Young Gods ain't dying anytime soon so we should never speak of funerals :) grtzz mate

  • @kenfalconeyamazaki James blake will play while I''m alive ;)

  • this is unbelieveably amazing <3<3

  • He really loves Joni's "A Case of You".

  • What what what! Where did this amazing song come from? What's it from? Or is Blake just doing secretive sneaky releases?

  • @TOTALSRAD it's on the vinyl release of his album

  • @TOTALSRAD it's a bonus track on the vinyl release of his album.
