Yes. The 08:20 from Aberdeen to Penzance, which takes 13 hours and 23 minutes to complete, is Britain's longest direct railway journey. Can't say that the prospect of sitting on a train for that amount of time would appeal to me!! I was ready to get off after a 5 hour 33 minute train journey from Edinburgh to London!
