  • Good video.

  • you actually helped me more w. this tutorial than the woman that do this tutorials ! Which is quite amazing, keep up the good work !

  • are you a boy or a girl?

  • @kittenlover0194 He's a man.

  • @EnKoreMakeup Hiii :D I looove your videos.You're amazing :)

I have a question. Can you really use the Beauty Blender to apply cream foundation?Bcause I saw a review online and it said that you can't use the Beauty Blender to apply cream foundations 'cause it absorbes the product. Is this true? :S

  • @BumbleFlyButter you can use cream foundation but you have to use more product than usual because it kind of adsorbs more product.

  • kewl r u a makeup artist

  • just squeeze the sponge under running tap water and it will expands almost immediately.

  • Would you recommend using the beauty blender with a cream foundation? I use MAC Mineralize Foundation SPF 15 & I'm trying to find the best way to apply it. I would invest on the 130 brush but I think I would be using this more than that.

  • lol that funny

  • how does this compare to mac's stippling brush

  • WOW! I love your eyebrows :D

  • I clicked the link to this video to learn how to use the beauty blender and ended up learning so much more than that. Like, for example, to apply moisturizer a good bit before makeup. No one ever told me that. Thanks so much!

  • i love you!!!

  • koren, how long does the beauty blender last? how often does it have to be replaced?

  • so is it better to use a mineral powder rather than a liquid foundation with the beauty blender or just personal preference?

  • omg I never apply my primer like that, lol, I just put it on tzone, lol.

  • I think he said this but I don't know can I use this sponge dry for mineral powder?

  • what happened to your intro?? i love the part where i think ur mom says "ay korean stop using my lipstick!"

  • Hey (:

  • @holasierra95 you do realize people can do what ever the helll they want with their life and if that means a guy putting on make up and doing a HELL OF A GOOD JOB AT DEMONSTRATING HOW TO then soo be it!

you are soo rude and inconsiderate towards other people!

  • @NathaliaGL

I learned a lot of my tricks from him and he is usually good with responding to his emails also.

  • You have a great personality, tienes carsima. You make me feel like a friend is sharing his knowledge with me, I can see you really enjoy doing it. Thanks a lot for the tips.

  • grr. jealous of this Beautyblender. I'm in Canada, the closest store that sells one is across the country. :( Ive checked online and shipping for ONE blender is 98$ :(

  • @Mrsdepp2008 Sephora sells them here in Canada :)

  • @18072005 Really???? thanks for telling me:):)

  • @Mrsdepp2008 np :)

  • I love your channel !!

  • i like your videos but ur makeup color makes you look gray.

  • Awesome, answered so my of my questions! Thanks!

  • Thanks...you are always nice and helpful...one of the nicer guru's out there.

  • he looks like my dad! haha! :)

  • wonderful result!

  • I saw another review on this and someone said it is not suitable for mineral or powder because it could stain the blender. they say it was only suitable for liquid is that true?

  • @HeartedAngel27 its not true at all! Its amazing for mineral makeup. Just make sure you take perfect care of your blender after each use and you'll be fine! :)

  • I could only love you more and more!:)))

  • for some reason I find it really soothing to watch and listen to you :)

  • thx for the review, just picked one up. how should i clean it? (i didn't buy the beauty blender cleanser). also picked up your crown brush set. love it! can i clean the crown brushes like you normally clean your brushes? thxx <3 u, ur the best enkore!

  • Very cool. I am thinking of getting a beauty blender to use with Double Wear. It is good to know that it can be used with mineral makeup too. :):):)

  • I wish you wouldn't talk that much, your videos are always sooo long!

    Love you, though :D

  • you should be friends with Gok Wan

  • i have combination skin and dont know if i should go for a drug store brand or a higher end brand that may cover both issues. I have tryed both seperate products like for: dry + oily skin, but have never found a combination foundation that works, for both of my problems x do you have any solutions to what foundation/mineral foundation i could try out x x please get back to me i would be so greatful xx

  • I really do love you. Your tut's are so worth my time - you explain bit by bit unlike other countless "Guru's" xx i wish you all the best xx

  • niceeee so smooth =)

  • idk if i like watching his videos that much idk why since he has godo tips

  • one thing i love about the beauty blender, is that even with acne blemishes, the blender helps smooth everything together and it doesn't look caked on! I feel bad for some people with acne that think they need to cake on the make up to make it go away, you don't!!

  • @bluebell707 @lutuyetvoi yeah it is at priceline, and it is manicare brand. i've seen it at many chemists, I got mine the other day from priceline for $7.85 :) it actually looks more like the sonia kashuk version. as far as i'm aware the only colour available is purple (not like the colour of the sponge is a massive deal :p)

  • can you use this with a liquid or cream foundation?

  • where can i buy this?

  • @pumpkinlumkins sephora(dot)com

  • Attention! Mineral makeup is the most drying facial product you can put on your face. Even layering it over heavy moisturizer won't take away from the fact that's it's 100% sunscreen (titanium dioxide) in a powdered form. If you have oily skin your best bet is to cleanse with a foaming cleaner, tone then use an oilfree moisturizer. Finish up with a mattifying or oil free foundation and oil free pressed powder.

  • U kind of remind me of Gok Wan somehow.

  • A bit off topic, but have you ever used Aromaleigh minerals? They're the only minerals I've ever used, but they are closing so I'm having to try to find an alternative. I'm looking for bismuth free with lots of colors, hopefully they offer samples, and maybe they have a few other makeup products like a vitamin c setting spritzer. Since you know much more about makeup than I do I'm hoping you'll have a suggestion. Thanks!

  • great video - i thought i had seen all makeup applicators - i think you are great

  • omg i need 2 get this stuff

  • i was using a damp sponge with my mineral makeup. just bought beauty blender and its amazing!

  • @ssb888ssb Hey ! Since you have the beauty blender can i ask you, can you use the beauty blender for creme foundation or is it only for minireal foundation?

  • @bluebell707 I live in Canberra! :) I don't think there's anywhere in Australia that stocks them. :/ Just like the brush guard, I think you have to buy it online.

  • @mariateressa Yes, you do. If you only cleanse then your skin will produce excess oil and make you brake out. If you moisturise as well then your skin will be okay. :)

  • if you have oily skin you do not need to moisturize..

  • @mariateressa Yes you need.

  • Please please tell me where to buy them!!

I live in Aus, Sydney and obviously there isnt any Walmart or Sephora like USA. Any ideas? Im not reallly into online buying but if i have to i will (:

    thanks

  • @bluebell707 they have a similar version at priceline, i believe its the brand manicare :D around $9

  • @lutuyetvoi Oh really?

I had a loook at the manicare website and im not tooo sure. Would you be able to provide a link? If not, thanks sooo much. :D

  • hey koren,

    great video as always :)

i have a question: do you think that the beauty blender works also with a mac foundation, like the pro longwear?

    thanks!

    greeings from germany

  • So since you wet the powder do you need to set it with another powder?

  • @EmOgRl4ever710 Thanks so much for asking that! I was was wondering that too.

  • i love you! you actually provide legit, real makeup tips, unlike other gurus who spit out the same makeup looks every video

  • Just discovered you...great clip, very useful.....thanks a lot.

  • @LondonBeauty94 you can use the beautyblender with powder, liquid and cream foundations. its amazing!

  • would this work with BB cream ?

  • i want one. we dont have this here :(

  • Comment removed

  • is applying primer with a brush better than applying it with a sponge?

  • you are awsome :) 44 people missed the like button

  • 10:10- 10:16 is so cute!

  • now whats the difference between the blending spounge and the beauty blender? i saw a few videos on the blending sponge(purple sponge) and they all say the same thing..it gives off a air brush finish...i would like to get a sponge but im stuck on whats the difference between them besides the price...

  • Wow, is it just me, or does the contouring look really harsh and somehow odd/streaky on the forehead? I don't think this is blended very well. I think it looked better without the contouring, sorry.

  • Great Video! I just bought the Sonja Kashuk blender sponge earlier today and was wondering about using with minerals..Perfect!

  • awesome! I have learned a lot XD

  • okay so pls dont take offense bc im not judging.. im just wonderin.. but why do u wear makeup? do u do drag or anything like that or do you just enjoy it? this may come across as im being a bitch but im really not.. i was just curious!! u seem like ur really good at makeup tho and im definitely subing!! :)

    great tips:)

  • Thank you for the video, excellent tips :)

  • thanks, man! I love your videos! :)

  • you are adorable! and thank u sooo much for the vid!!!!

  • i heard that for people with dry skin using a brush for foundation was not a good ideal. so i started looking into this sponge - as always you have a great video! what do you think about using this sponge with other makeups - liquid and cream?

  • Thanks for this tutorial! I don't like using a brush for my mineral foundation because I think it makes my skin look flakey. I think with the beauty blender it makes the makeup sink into your skin rather than sit on top of your skin. Really great, Koren!

  • your awsome !

  • i love all the tips you give in your videos, they are really helpful!

  • Thanks so much for this video. I learn so much from you!

  • would it be odd to ask what webcam you are using? it is fucking grade a quality!

  • I'm the retard? LOL I was just stating facts. There's nothing wrong with homosexuality.

  • BTW "ImTheUglyGirl" you're fat.

  • Great Video!!

  • can you use the beuty blender with mac's mineralize skin finishes?

  • cherry culture also has this and they now have 20% off

  • The ance scars are so hard to cover, is it from picking?

I've got an ance scar or two, they're small but it still hurts my self esteem. :C

  • get over it

  • Thank you so much for this video! I was wondering if you could use the BB with minerals...now I know! Grazie! :-) Your makeup looks fantastic, btw.

  • i believe when you contoured your cheekbones it didn't blend out too well, might just be the lighting or something. i never thought about contouring your nose.

you can make your nose look skinnier by applying a white powder along the bridge of your nose, then blending of course.

  • I agree, the cotouring of the cheeks was not well blended. I doubt it's the lighting.

  • Good Vid, Thanks!
