I agree Singapore was a great nation, BUT from the recent 10 years, it has changed gradually to a shit hole. It take care of foreigners and make them stay as citizens and give them good jobs while ignoring and suck-up local Singaporean dry. Last time I was proud when at overseas, now I'm ashamed and regret deeply for being naive.

Back in 1950s, my mom went to christian missionary school got 4 big slaps on both cheeks from the school's christian priest/headmaster for conversing cantonese with her friends. He scolded my mum for not speaking English but the BARBARIC language. She was only 10 & embarassed for her red cheeks. Slapped in front of her friends She didn't even know the word "barbaric". Not until she grew older, she understood what was going on!

This documentary tuned down alot about the evilness of white supremacy and racist british during the colonial era. Non-white can only work for the government or benefited from the british provided they converted to christian, specifically church of england. Those non-white people are traitors of their own ancestry. Banning of chinese, indians and malays in many colonial premises were common back in those days. White bullied chinese, indians and malays were extremely common even in the streets.

The purpose of revolution is to end all the decadence of Manchu's Qing regime, to put a stop on western power in humiliating China (Opium war and unequal treaties), to end the barbaric Manchu-ruling over Han Chinese majority and to rebuild China by America's democratic republic model.

You mistake the British with Malaysia. Singapore was part of Malaysia in 1963. Malaysia kicked out Singapore in 1965 to teach it a lesson about respect to malay racial supremacy. Malaysia believed Singapore would be broken in the wilderness and return begging on its knees to its Malay masters.
