lol sorry 2 point out but i thought the ending was a bit funny cuz of the effect the guitar made when u just gave up >_< sounded a but funny 2 me XDD other thn tht good playing nd effects ^_^
It was fine, well for the most part anyways, until the tremolo effect was heard with the last few notes. That sounded like some old GBA game lol. The beginning was fine.
I gotta ask if the GR-20 has any deep fuzzy synth sounds ala hysteria/tiro? Fuzz pedals and filters aint cutting it for me and I'm thinking about buying a gr-20
Well Matt Bellamy uses a Fuzz Factory if that's any help. And for the bass on Time is Running Out and Hysteria, it's a big muff. But those are bass not guitar. And if you thought they were guitars...then you suck...
how did you find the backing track?

It would be great if you could send me the preset, or any other muse presets

Thats pretty sweet, but I'm sure you can get the same effect with a whammy bar?
Bulman91 3 years ago
actually yeah, thats how i play it, but the synth is just easier to do instead of just killin the whammy

FA7 3 years ago
When did I ever say those were guitars? For Hysteria it's bass layered with Synth and same for TIRO. They used a Roland JP-8000.
nanerpants 3 years ago
That's possible, but when you are playing it on your guitar, do you layer it with a Roland JP-8000? No, therefore, that information is useless.
FA7 3 years ago
The big muff is for guitar... Chris bi-amps his rig to make up for the loss of low-end the muff causes.
xHighPotencyx 3 years ago
Yeah, and they make one for bass too...
FA7 3 years ago
Well seeing as i posted that a month ago and the Bass Muff is new that was probably before they released it.
xHighPotencyx 3 years ago
It's been out a lot longer than that I believe.

is aDIGITECH XSW SYNTH WAH effect pedal good enough to get this sound ??
Trygideth 3 years ago
i dont know.
and i didnt know this pedal exist.
i saw some videos and, if you use less "envelope" effect and more "synth" maybe you can get it.
you will need good sustain too..
a fuzz dist can help you
marcoc2 3 years ago
mate whatis this effect ?? it sounds good
museistion 3 years ago
i used Guitar Rig 3 software
it's a fuzz + a harmonix synthesizer simulation + a ring modulador (a kind of tremolo)
