Do NOT buy this. It is a horrible GPS. It was $350+ in 2008, and it does not charge from a usb, or even grant control when connected to the computer. This means that if the battery is out (doesn't last long if you're wondering), you have to run down to your car to map out your next route. There are so many other things wrong with this it aggravates me just thinking about it. Honestly, check another brand. Magellan just doesn't cut it. It's almost 2010 for effin sake.
I was checking this unit out at Costco and have been doing reasarch on the web and this appears to be a excellent unit. What are the subscription rates?

there are no subscription rates. Unless you pay extra for the traffic info.
