I'm trying to understand, why would anyone want to convert a DMG to an IPSW? I mean, where would have you gotten the DMG in the first place?

Thanks for the video, but i noticed one thing, not even important. Maybe becoz its a new version. but the loading bar for me isnt that old fashoined XP bar u have, its the areo green pulsing bar. Just saying. And that took mad long for you :P. I extracted the beta 6 firmware in 29 seconds. Timed it coz urs took a while.

@mrapter7 For the file extraction, yours probably extracted because you have a faster HDD/SDD. As for the progress bar, its not the Windows XP progress bar, that's the default progress bar for Windows NT-2000. (XP's is green and more glossy). The one you see here is a classic failsafe progress bar used in an application instead of the Windows default whenever an application doesn't comply with certain standards that are required for the default progress bar to appear.

@benjamina222 yeah i realized that after i wrote it because i always had a crappy computer when i ran XP, and ran the classic theme. And yeah, i know i have it running on a SSD and a 965 quad core OC. I thought it was interesting xD

i cant find the .ispw file i have decrypted the .dmg file . when i open the HFS + volume it shows me all the files with applications systems and library. i need help please respond soon also where did you download this .dmg file i might have just downloaded he wrong one thanks

which file r u converting exactly? I DLed 3.0.1 off a site n got 3 DMG files.. one of em 268mb while the others were 12mb.. everytime I try to convert em it says something about no HFS volume or some shit.
