I hope Sephiroth doesn't get number 1. He is always the number 1 video game villain in every list, and its annoying. I'm sorry to say this, but Sephiroth is overratted. To those who accept my "OPINION", thanks. But to those who can't take an "OPINION" very well, I have three words to say to them. Bring it on!

Both Wesker and Vaati are on the list. Wesker is really high on the on the list (in the top ten) but not number 1.
