I beleive that steel pole or what ever it is, is why the tip on the tinker two handed sword bent, pretty sure the tip rammed into it, so yeah it would roll up like it did. It wasnt designed to peirce steel plate.

Why do people don't just call the "Kriegschwert" warsword? That doesn't make sense to me. Anyway, nice swords, nice video, but you used a result twice. Sorry for my poor english, I'm swiss.

That really surprises me a lot, about the Longsword and the Kriegshwert being harder than the DSA swords. You'd think with the stiffness of the DSA's blades that their heat treatment left them harder. That and the longsword's tip bent... hmm.

nice vids, however if I may add one positive criticism; It isn't very clear what nicks are caused by what event, maybe a solution would be to colour them with a different marker after each test so that it is obvious.. Just an idea.

I think that the marker's color wouldn't stay at the steel because it can be defused.. I would suggest something like post-its they have diferent colors and can be added to the steel easily.

well that depends on what kind of ink you use.. but yh indeed using colored tape or such would work too
