1) Yes it makes noise. The level of noise depends on what material its cutting and few other parameters.

2) Cost depends on size and cutting capacity fo the machine. Just for your refrence it starts from 30000 $.

3) Mobile Version is availabe. Please note that in such a case, Diesel Generator will be installed to supply electricity. If the quality of water is not as required then Water will have to be either purified at sight or carried on the truck.

@jayeshpatel786 .. in England these machines are used in a soundproof booth. The jet runs at such a high pressure that during the inversion to high velocity the stream reaches speeds above the speed of sound. As a result there is a sonic boom.

filtered water so it doesnt clog the lines, for hard surfaces it uses abrassives in powder form (like ruby, diamonds or granat) to increase its cutting power, they usually range at arround 1,200psi if im correct.

• Two inlet water pressures:

A) SS/Regular Water Pump with Min.0.15 mpa and max.0.30 mpa for Intensifier with SS/CPVC piping.

B) Regular Water Pump with Min 0.25 mpa and max 0.4 mpa with SS/CPVC piping for Heat Exchanger.

The speed of water in the jet is 3 times the speed of sound.

Its a filtered water from the tap. Filteration can be done by R.O. or any other technology. Water Supply purity should not be less than 150 TDS and Insoluble impurity should be less than 0.5 micron.

Waterjet does not use heat, but rather abrasives. It is powdered abrasive that actually cuts, water accelerates them to unbelievable speed and force.
