  • if you want to do the front splits, the easiest method is to push the bak leg as far as you can, then its easier to put the front leg forward and go into split. need any more help on gymnastics then jus ask me or send me an email .

  • i think u have the vision and attemp on how to start it, it is sohad to do a darn split i myself am struglin and hopin an everydat 1hr 30min strech helps loosen will woork..lunges help a lot as wel as squads to loosen the middle area..keep strong :D
