@iannah2147 I am a Christian and I believe in god. But I don't think he drops gems from the sky. I am also a geology major and I can tell you that is NOT a diamond. I also don't think god sends people to hell for not believing in him. What about those people who weren't raised as a Christian? Or atheists that are good people? Why would he send them to hell? Also the bible has A LOT of metaphors and is not meant to be taken completely literally.

@RandomPerson19 , I am also a Christian, I do not believe this is Gods manifestations but deception.The bible is a book written for the Christian believer. You have to be born again to understand Its meanings, Many scriptures are written in parables so the unbelieving cannot not understand. It is spiritual. God will send the none believing to outer darkness if they choose to go there. Believing that Jesus Christ died for us & raised from death, gives us eternity after we die.

Why praise god for something man shaped? If there is a god, he made this diamond as a shapeless cluster. I really don't understand why people attribute all beauty to some man in the sky. It's so much more beautiful when you understand the complexity of the processes that shaped that rock.

I'm from Sri Lanka & this island is very famous from the history for gem stones all over the world.I too know something about them. This is a machine cut gem stone, but I can't tell that stone belongs to which family of stones without testing. There are no inclusions inside & it's a very clear stone. Those 2 reasons reveal that stone is a synthetic. Always synthetic gem stones are very beautiful. You must be careful when you buy them.
