your all idiots who say its an accord engine. the accord and prelude SOHC 2.2 engine is a F22b the 1st gen s2000's had a 2.0 liter which was called the F20c and the second gens w/ 2.2 liter was the F22c, 1 letter determines hondas best and worst engine. learn what your talking about before you pretend you know everything, its very clear you know nothing

actually, the f22b is the jdm dohc engine. basically the f22b1 bottom and the h23a.....basically. and actually the f22b1 bottom end is not the worst honda engine.......can hold well over 15 lbs of boost stock with no problems. top end....ehhh.....flow is a little weak. but i can agree the f20c/f22c is one of the best easily!!

if you take the trans from an accord ( for get which type in japan land) the f20c bolts up to it making a f20cff possible... there has been one case i know of that a f20c has been rwd in an eg... it took tons-o-money and time.. much like the civette

doesn't have to be out of an accord. 93-96 preludes came three engines. h22a h23a and f20c which was the lowest model...sohc. can take from that prelude. should work.

s2k motor with the rsx tranny , from what a friend just told me. they used a adapter plate for the tranny to mate with the s2k block.

One mistake the f20c spins so fast it creates a circular gravitational pull thats why it is in the position in the s2k. that would actully slow the car down a little that way
