That on is nice, too and I have the same recommendations about it as I had for Jungle Book: You should add multitrack to your video title/tags or many people might miss your video. And it would be a good idea to apply some post editing like panning and EQing to improve the sound.

Usually I just work stuff out by ear. If I can't get it then I just google "Chords+(whatever song I want to play)" and wade through all the guff til I find a version that seems to work, possibly reworking bits on the way.
