I am new to watching your food videos .... you create terrific videos, btw *wink* Perhaps you could refer me to a video you have done in the past(?) Either way here is your challenge from me for this season :O) ... your egg drop soup looks delicious. Sadly spices and tomatoes and I don't get along well.

This looks yummy! I'm a vegetarian and have a hard time finding it without chicken broth so I will have to try it this way!

may i ask - what is corn starch for?, thickener? Anyway the soup looks delicous, the raw ingrediants are healthy and full of flavour.

You are correct. Without corn startch - the soup will be too watery and has no consistency.

The rating stars look like shuriken to me, so i call them shuriken, and the name is japanese, i think. It means chinese star.
