Is it easy to make a game or build an object in Blender?

I guess it all depends on your 3D experience. I've worked in AutoCAD, SolidEdge, and CATIA. It's nothing like those. Then again, it's not designed for engineering.
I've never really used the game engine. Just a few tests and physics simulations (in the game engine). You should check out the latest 2.53 at blender.org.
