Yes, a corsa, running aftermarket management with the corsa 1.3 coilpack instead of the dizzy. It made 180kW atw 0.7 bar boost.

You need to do research to see what other people have done because you cant just throw on a turbo and see instant gains. You have to figure out how much psi you want in the cylinders, if your engine is strong enough for that amount of psi, and if your fuel injection system can handle this. But I would say if you found a decent kit you woule make an easy gain of 50-70hp. Then again depends if that engine is strong enough. Do some research.

@InTeX3 you can gain easily 100 hp on stock engine but its not really safe without a good tune and decent hardware ie a good turbo good cooling system upgradded fuel mangment and good cooling

@InTeX3 Yeah they usualy dont come turbo from factory but alot of peopel do them custom they are not much better then DOHC but they can be stronger since there are less valves to fail alot of people turbo the nissans 240's that have 8 or 16 valves and many other cars alot of sohc hondas a few older turbo cars liek the mustang SHO, old turbo dodges came turbo from factory with 8 valves

good effort mate, im in the process of turbo'ing my 2.0 8v aswell. redtop turbos are way to common and to all that matter the 8v turbo earns alot more respect.
