  • @MilesJordan

I totally agree with you dude! It does

what it takes to become famous! I did

its training program also and its been

2weeks since I started there program

and my vert has increased! I went from

touching the bottom of the rim to grabbing

it in just 2wks. Anyway, you mispelled the site: Its

    JumpHigher.info

  • I Have These Hoes I They Work For Me I Got 4 Inches In My Vertical Jump ...Im Dunking On Niggas Now Im 5'10..

  • or you could get an old pair of shoes and super glue a small piece of wood under in on the toes

  • Jumpsoles are better in my opinion

  • Apl shoes or these?

  • Well instead of buying those just tape a hard foam block to the front of an old pair of shoes. It will save you tons of money.

  • ur calves look tiny..

  • you idiots will never be able to dunk like me. i can dunk! i can dunk!!!

watching me out on the courts is like watching nba jam, except it's real.

    and im white.

  • Really? Just Really?

  • GAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hahaha it loks like horses hoof

  • i jog a mile and practice basketball for about an hour a day.. i do thhis every other day, When should i see improvements? and My shins are starting to hurt,Is that normal?

  • @CaliibuR shin splints idiot

  • I used these 10 years ago-you do feel a crazy feeling in your calf when wearing it and will get results. But be careful I bet a lot of people mess themselves up with these.

  • Can u use these in real basketball games

  • It's actually better than jumpsoles. Look at jumpsoles, it's bump and heavy, loses the point of amortization and reactivity of the ankle and lower leg

  • he looks like a damn horse.....lol

  • thanks

  • thanks

  • Can you run, skip rope or lift weights with these on?

  • The Sacrifice Was Made!!!

  • hey can people comment this comment if you had one this and tell me how they work? thanks.

  • how long do u wear these? like everyday?

  • cant i do same exercises and just stay on the "balls" of my feet?

  • You cant wear that in tournement.

  • they fuck up your knees if u have bad knees love from sierraleone

  • 20 yrs? dang

  • pff no need ... i mean it probly would work..

  • where can i get in ?

  • why not just do calf raises?

  • Calf raises only put your weight on your calves while you are doing the raises. The strength shoes allow you to put more impact on your calves than the calf raises do. Reason is that when you jump, your body weight comes down harder on your calves than when you do calf raises. The shoes eleavte your heel so it forceully puts your body weight on your calves and also allows you to put more stress on your calves with the jumping exercises for the strength shoes.

  • yes, but you can achieve all the extra loading you need to with calf raises.

we're talking about building muscle here; stimulate, don't annihilate.

i feel like this would lead to injuries

  • @gbudning Cuz the shoes work them more, and more naturally. It's called working out through excercise.

  • Fail.

  • looks like jump soles to me.

  • Pretty much same principle as jump soles, but the shoes are attached to the strength shoes and not to other shoes like the jump soles. Both will work, just as long as you do the exercises properly.

Shoes are more expensive but are a little bit better for the exercises as they fit better. Jump soles depend on the shoes you wear that attach to the jump soles.

  • he some cind of a minotauren

  • may i say that u look like a white cracker jack looking horse with those on

  • where can i find the program??

  • whats the diff between these and the jump soles? lol

  • not a damn thing

  • add 2 dumbells(light) on ur hand to you regular plyo workout

  • what is 30 in vertical? im italian ..can u explain me well? did u mean 30cm high!?

  • 30 means 30 inches

    1 inch equals 2.54 cm

so if they jump 30" they mean they jump 76 cms

    i hope i helped ya

  • hell no, i think like 70 cm

  • Can they make your calves bigger?

  • Yes they will, but only if you consistantly use them right. Be carefull cause these things injury you easily if you do the workouts wrong...

  • They are like horse hooves lol

  • thats a fake age i put

  • Really...thirteen huh? More like 22 on your profile.

  • i bought the shoes from a friend with out the manuel is there anyway to get another

  • i bought the shoes from a friend with no manuel is there anyway to get another

  • I have 3 questions. First, I am 12 years old, 5"6, about 140 lbs, and I have a 13" vertical. When will I be able to dunk on a standard basketball court? Second, will this shoe help me lose weight? Third, will this shoe give me a shot at the pros?

  • No shoe ever will ever get you to the professionals, thinking of professionals at the age of 12 I know is all kids dream..your goal in a basketball life at this moment is to improve on things that will lead you onto having better shots at better places with basketball..I bought these shoes around Christmas and I have used them several times..shooting around in gym or in my room squating with a weight ball in my arms. Only wearing them once a week will not help. Wear them more=faster results.

  • First off, buy Jumpsoles, they are less expensive and you can use them as you grow. Second, you should start doing squats, lunges, calf raises, and other leg workouts before you start doing high impact plyometrics(Jumpsoles, Strength Shoes) to strengthen your joints and legs overall to prevent injury. And third, a better way to make the pros would be to spend a couple productive hours shooting and ball-handling in the gym each day, jumping higher helps, but it's not make or break.

  • 13 inch vert..goddamn!! long ass time till u can dunk buddy...best way to lose wait is running, and no..the shoes wont hepl you get to the pros..u white?

  • @rsomabraha1 hell no, im 14 and have a 30 inch vertical and am 5'9 and i can barely get rim and i dont even use these shoes

  • wouldnt these be bad to play ball in because you could land awkwardly?

  • We don't recommend playing a game with the Strength Shoes. First of all, the platforms are quite wide and easy for another player to step on. Second, you could come down akwardly in a full speed game. Use them for practice and drills.

  • @HoopSkills so you used them before i would like to see if you can dunk.

  • okay ive had strength shoes for a while and my calfs got huge but im like13 and i really like them.(huge for my age i guess they were bigger than the kids the age infront of me=)

  • how much should pull in ur calf be?

  • Please clarify your question.

  • how long does it take to see results if you do the excerisers right?

  • If you follow the exercise plan closely, you can start to see results in a couple of weeks.

  • are they heavy?

  • Strength Shoes are not much heavier than a regular pair of shoes - Maybe a pound heavier per pair.

  • how old should you be to start wearing them?

im 13 and 5'11 , should i wait to get them, or is it ok for me to get them now?

  • lol looks like horse legs:p but man do i ever wanna get a pair of those they look sick

  • it does look like a horse shoe
