This is great... You should see some of my photomanips posted at Deviant Art! I think it took me almost 10 minutes to get the fang just right on the Vampire I did. The reason it took me so long is that I use MS-Paint.. I wish I had PhotoShop, so I could do awsome pics like this ;-D

for now you can use a free program called Gimp. It is a free photoshop clone, and it is legal.

If you have proof that you are student, do some research

on an academic version. I believe the whole CS3 (or was it cs2?) cost me about $200, which includes illustrator, the web design program, etc.. Gimp is freeware, and very similar. My advice is to get a summer job, and save up, or start with the freeware. Keep in mind, any technical arts school will provide you with more than sufficient time on their computers. A well funded public high school could, as well.
