well snake won against mindreading, psycokinesis and on the top he shot down a Hind-D also he destroyed a M-1 Tank with GRanades only, so i don't think snake could loose to someone slowing time, making tme go faster would be much more effektive, since he is a clone, he will die of old age much yunger than other human do.
