  • Is that FCB1010 running stock firmware or Uno? I guess there are more firmwares out there, but just curious which one.

  • Thanks for posting this. This vid gave me some good ideas. Mainly how I can better my current setup, and how some of the gear i'm looking at might integrate into my own.

  • mad clean yo....big ups...

  • SKILLS!! BUT SERIOUSLY.......SOCKS & SANDALS. NOT COOL.

  • NED HODDING SAMPLE. TOADSTYLE AND EXCESS

  • SO HOW BOUT THE DRUMS? WERE YOU GET THEM FROM THAT CANT BE ABLETONS LIVE PACK

  • @BLAZE45 the drums are from dj loomy, he made this beat ;-)

  • didn't need highhats.../

    and sim simma's tired

excess killed it too hard...vin too

  • search " Vestax controller one & ableton live composition by dj loomy" are identic composition.

    Ps. good work :-)

  • steelkut holdin it down

  • Great job !!!

  • Just to ask.... how come you have a MIDI cable coming back to your FCB1010 ...? do you not just need the out? does your FCB1010 rely on feedback?

  • for controlling ableton you only need one cable. you only need the midi out of the fcb1010. the other midi cable is connected to the midi in of the fcb1010. you need it for example when you want to update the firmware of the controller or when you want to send midi signals back to the fcb1010. greetings from germany

  • ok ...cool... I run two FCB1010's giving me 18 tracks of MIDI or Audio... because I use a bespoke script.... it doesn't matter if I decide to swap tracks over for ease of performance, the script makes sure each track is controlled by the respective patch number on the FCB1010 ... I also use the MIDIman 2x2 ...Traktor Duo and a Kaos pad 2 .... quite similar to your set up indeed....

    All the best form UK

  • can you make a video explaining you setup please

  • Great set up! Loving the MPD32 too. Keep it up!

  • What kinda table s that? what kinda question is that, heh heh... ;o)

Video rocks mate.... tidy room = tidy mind.. = You got your fcb working unlike the majority of unfortunate users on YouTube... they rock don't they...! i use two for Ableton so I can get 18 tracks and four expression pedals... yum!

  • sehr sehr nice! geil

  • hammer mann turnies? No I'm just kidding I saw that in another one of your vids and it made me laugh.

What table is that? Ikea? It doesn't look like it sways at all.

  • yeah, its an ikea table :-)

  • THIS IS SO COOL!!!!!!!

  • Overall excellent job, composing those notes on a turntable is crazy cool especially since there a bit portamento. One thing I might do when doing the drums is maybe add some triplets on the highhats and put a little swing rather than them being so straight for the purpose of making this a track you can really get into (more). Nice work, 5 stars.

  • Why would you copy Loomy's c1 routine?

  • Why not? It's a great routine and I like to play it. There is some own work in it like I say in the decription. Check out my other videos, there are a lot of own work.....

  • you says:

it's a great routine and I like to play it.

Thanks for the coment, i proud to be a inspiration to you! cheers from Spain!!!

  • That was a good beat, somethin to chill to.

    This vid deserves more views.

    5 stars from me

  • what kind of turntable is that with the buttons???

  • it's a vestax turntable called "controller one".

you can play notes with the buttons via pitch changing. there are a lot of great features in this turntable so you can compose your own songs.

check out the vestax . com website for more informations.

  • dope!!! big up from portugal

  • Tight performance, but it seems you didn't use Loomy's set only for insperation...

Now that you have this down produce your own set. I'm curious, sunscribing now :-)

  • Dayyuuuum! That's dope! Good work.

So the main difference with the c1 is that you don't need to connect a keyboard, right? You have all the notes right there on the buttons?

  • Thanks man ;-)

Yes thats the difference, you can play all notes with the c1 without a keyboard but you can connect a keyboard or an other midi-controller, too. you can do some more with the c1, because there are more features in it.

  • good work homie...

all you need now is the fretless fader with the c1.....

    wicked set up....

    pz

  • Sweet! Keep going dude.

    ps enough equipment now? :-p

  • nice man

    good job
