I never said it didn't get better MPG, I only said the SMART Fortwo is the way to go because it is CLEAN and gets decent MPG. In a crowded city knowbody wants to have a car shoot out gases in their neighborhood and pollute it.

most 125cc motor bikes are 4 stroke the ones that are 2stroke are made befor the 90s. i have a 1989 vespa 125cc bike and thats 2 stroke. the reason they banned bigger 2 stroke engines is because they burn oil in there lubrication system and this is bad for the ozone layer and causes smog

Ocean levels have been rising at around 1.8 mm per year for about 100 years, and in the past 15 years the rate has been around 3.1 mm per year. So clearly sea level hasnt stayed the same in harbors, unless they have levy's or dams or something blocking the water.

And oil prices have never been low, oil is liquid gold and has always be sold at an extremely inflated price. This is how the owners of oil companies get filthy rich. I don't know where you are getting your facts.

that is totaly untrue 20 years ago petrol was about 50p/leter and now its about 94p/leter not a big rate of inflation in 20 years and during the 1960s the temp of the world actualy started dropping and they said a new ice age was happening and they was planing to drop nuclear bombs on the poles untill it started raising again and these are the same people who are telling you about global warming right now

You are right about an ice age coming aswell, but the fact that we are polluting the air with massive amouts of carbon emissions and testing nuclear weapons will only speed up this process.
