While there's little doubt JFK was killed by a conspiracy, and the back of his head has always seemed suspiciously dark (to hide the massive exit wound) I've always been wary of Zapruder alteration theories...

.But now, when I watch it, and I try to keep my eye on the limo and ignore the fastmoving background -- you can see the limo slows briefly to a near-stop, the head explodes, and the car speeds up again... and yet the backgroud never changes speed!!

Not that I completely disagree with you though, there was a conspiracy, I mean, come on LBJ himself, said one in four presidents get shot in office. He said that as he accepted Kennedys' offer to be his vice presidential running mate. Something had to be going on there, but Kennedy wasn't that great of a president anyways, and a chronic fornicator.

All the great Jack White would have to do to prove his film alteration THEORY is to duplicate it. That is the way REAL science works. When cold fusion was claimed in 1989 it was soon revealed to be a hoax because it couldn't be duplicated by others. You conspiracy nuts have conveinently avoided the challenge to duplicate alteration to the Z-film? If this film was doctored as you claim then simply have your "expert" (Jack White) shoot 22 seconds of film with a camera identical to Zapruder's Bell and Howell and make two different copies. One the out of camera original and one his altered version (using 1963 technology) to prove it could be done. The fake White wouldn't attempt this in the million years because he knows it can't be done.

If Kennedy was shot from the right front (as the conspiracy nuts maintain) then please explain why ALL bullets and fragments were found in FRONT of Kennedy and Connally and NONE were found to the left-rear (which one would expect in the real world if Kennedy has been shot from the right front.) Are we to believe that the alleged shot to the head somehow didn't pass through Kennedy's head? Also remember that NO metallic fragments were found in the left rear of the x-rays either.

They were going 4 miles per hour, which means the shot had to have come from the front to cause that spread pattern, also observe kennedy's head snap back from the shot. Just read Jack's public embarrasment before the HSCA during his questioning in 1978 when he admitted he didn't know what he was talking about. If you hitch your wagon to Jack White you are admitting that you are also a fool. Find me me one RECOGNIZED scholar that accepts Jack White's ridiculous theories. There isn't one on the planet.

I re-read my original point and still agree. Notice how Jim Fetzer avoided my challenge just like that pseudo-expert Jack White did. If the Z- film was faked then simply use the technology available in 1963 and do it today. Simple. The single bullet conclusion has been duplicated, three shots in 8.4 seconds has been duplicated, Oswald's trip from the 6th to the 2nd floor has been duplicated. Why not duplicate Z-film alteration? Why? Jack can't do it, Fetzer can't do. Because it can't be.

@Steve112263 We know how the out-of-the-camera Zapruder was altered..how it was done..but we cannot say what the ORIGINAL out-of-the-camera Zapruder film showed because we do NOT have it! The evidence for alteration is inescapable. Frames were removed. Artefacts that were not in the original were added during alteration. The Zapruder film as it stands today is a total fabrication and is not a true representation of events on 22nd November 1963.

Please explain why the "conspirators" would have the film taken and THEN go to the trouble of altering it. Why take the film in the first place if it later needed to be altered. And if they altered it why would they alter it to show Kennedy's head flying BACKWARD (as it does) and not FORWARD (which would point to Oswald being the lone gunman.)
