my birthday is coming up and i can get this video camera, or i can use the 200 dollars to get something else. i really don't know what to do. should i get it, or should i get one of the other flip cameras? WHICH IS BETTER!?!? plz help me!!!!

i have a mino and love it to death. i am making a video that will will be put up here soon. the only problem is i had to upgrade my imovie in order to change the format of the videos so that it could play on imovie.-30 dollars

I am so glad to see a fellow mac user with a Flip Camcorder. I was gung ho and almost purchased a Flip, until I saw a lot of Mac Incompatibility issues. I own Final Cut Express and if you say using that will resolve the sound problems that thats great! I would like to see your reply about How your Flip behaves with Apple. Thank you.

Actually, I like the battery -- I'm more likely to have power in my laptop than to have a stash of AA batteries. We've got more than a few bad "dead battery" stories.

Can't comment on your other observations since I don't have an Ultra.

what can i use to esdit the ultra ..i have pinnacle 11 and i can edit but when i upload to utube it says fail(file to small and it 2 mins 55 seconds lond why is this)
