The pipe seems to work in the end, but this is not a very professional pipe making method... tedious and time consuming.
Using the math would eliminate all the fiddling; you could put together a whole set of pipes in a fairly short time and be confident they would all play, and then do a little voicing later on.

Look for some of the video's from RAPHIG.
He now works for Pasi organ builders in Tacoma WA at least that's what his website still says, and I hope he's doing well with them.
Pasi Organ has they're own website too with a few good video clips about making pipes.
I have no time to make my own video although I do plan to make a set of wood diapasons for my home organ in the near future so I'll see about it then.
