@mjzachman2 Well, I would bring a lot of Sonic Bombs and Sonic Bomb Materials which I think is Gunpowder and Screamers. Have a good Greatsword handy, and triple charge his head when he is suspended in the ground.

@KisukeUraharaHat are you talking about diablos or gravios, cuz i dont think black gravios goes for sonic bombs. if it is for diablos, that would work.

Well, then I would use a nice damaged hammer, maybe with Thunder Damage, like the Great Nova. Just charge then attack his ches (you will have a lot of openings for that because he always shoots his beam) and then when his chest finally breaks, you will do super damage!

@KisukeUraharaHat yes thats what i tried but what happens is every time it shoots a beem, it farts that fire gas, and i cant get in. (i thought black grav. was weak to water) but ill try any way, thanks. do you have any other suggestions?

@mjzachman2 Well, you know that there is a way to interpret whether or not he will expel fire. When he shoots the beam, if a black smoke comes from under him, he will expel fire.

@mjzachman2 Ooh... Me personally, I hate the Gravios and Black Gravios but that is my strategy. If you have killed him before, go to the armory, check out his armor and see his weakness. Then get a hammer with that attribute (even though hammers have no elemental damage -_-). That's what I would do.

one question: in all vids everybody uses mega juice.... but they need much power extracts right? where the fuck do they get them so fast? do they kill low rank gypceros to get them?

Yes, look for dual gypceros quest and if u lucky enough u might get 5-6 power extracts

thanks man i beat the hr6 black diablos with icicle daggers. it took me 38mins it was a fun fight and i got the whole fight recorded. made a 4 part video on it. now onto black gravios

just look for remobra on g rank quest.

actually you can get striped skin from ANY remobra if you take the time to just carve them, in fact the easiest one is the village elder quest: check the ancient tower, where killing remobra is your aim, so carve each one you kill and you should get at least 3 striped skins per quest plus an extra 3000z in your pocket

what you need is the devil slicer, its a thunder attb. weapon which is what tigrex is weak against, your armor should in total sum up to 250 some defense, or more to be able to take his hits no prob. his roar has a limited range so earplug is unnecessary. take 10 mega pots and 10 pots, and all your usual items, aim for his rear legs and head, hell be down befor eyou know it, and just an fyi, tigrex weapons arent worth it

i am having trouble killing normal diblos hr9 any tips cz when hes in rage he is i hit killing machine i can boost my def to to like 500 but it dont make a difference im using ice weps agenst it and soci bomes and flash bomes work well and i get hit nere deth every time but he just dont wana die plz help (if ur there yet)

This is easy, normal diablo and black has a same moves and attack just do what this video says like hit his foot 1st then if he fell hit his tail and try to cut it 1st before everything, cause if u cut his tail the quest will be extremly easy if u take your time, but not t much, here's the drill after u cut his tail, hit his foot if he fell hit his ass if u want horn head 1st. then just do it again and again. THanks
