My friend has a pair of BOBS because she went and tried on TOMS, but her feet were too wide, and they didn't offer wide sizes. So she went and got the bobs shoes and they fit her much better and looked just as cute. you can hardly tell the difference. They are kinda copying, but bobs has more size varieties for wider feet.

@sip0889 on TOMS website they talk about the situation on their blog. It isn't a recent post, but TOMS says specifically that they never SPOKE to Sketchers or contact wtih them about them PARTNERING with them

you guys! i had the EXACT SAME REACTION! like seriously i texted ALL my friends saying 'OH MY DEAD WIZARD GOD I'M IN A RAGE THIS IS FREAKING BOGUS. MONDO BUMMER" cuz i was so mad sketchers was coppying TOMS because i have like 4 pairs of TOMS! and so i searched all over the internet before i like posted it anywhere... but still, he didn't know they were partnering up when he posted this!
