I'm an American and I do NOT support Israel. Unfortunately my taxes do. This is not a choice, my government takes the money and doesn't tell me what they do with it. One day America will stop backing Israel and they'll have to either except a peace agreement or the war will only get worse for Israel. If I could stop paying taxes to support Israel I would. Americans don't want to be part of this fight, but we have been forced by fear and politics.
