@mostshocking101 Well right now, the plan is on hold, but George Lucas is planning on eventually making a Star Wars live action series that takes place between episodes III and IV, but not involving Darth Vader or Obi-Wan or any main movie characters. I'm reading all sorts of speculations, but I don't know exactly what he's planning. Many think it might involve Boba Fett. I think it could also include jedi who survived the purge (as do others) and even clones who didn't want to join the Empire.

@mostshocking101 Well, Lucas didn't want any of the main guys from the movies, and putting in Starkiller means he'll need Darth Vader back, which he probably won't do. I was thinking maybe he'll get Ferus from Jedi Quest and Last of the Jedi book series' (Jude Watson), but that would need Obi-Wan. I do think he'll have Boba Fett, maybe wookie resistance, Quinlan Vos, rogue clones who won't join the Empire, that sort of think.

I hope it's more successful than Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica/Caprica, and all the other sci-fi movies and television series combined.

I don't feel like the Star Wars franchise really got as far as its potential could take it, though. Stargate, for example, came out in 1994 (great movie, too). A few years later, the pilot episode of its first of seventeen seasons debuted. As great as Stargate is, Star Wars is better, but its potential is still sitting there, untouched, so to speak.

I actually like ALL the Star Wars movies, so I don't complain as much about prequels, but the originals were tons better.
