lol is that all? no it's not a problem. the major no-nos are having an extensive criminal record, dui/drug use, offensive tattoos, any past involvment with any form of terrorist organization including neo-nazi and kkk. you can find more information by contacting your local police department.

depends on the department. Some won't allow it if they are visible through a standard t shirt, some will. Most won't if any of the tattoos are offensive or have references to drugs or gangs. I've seen officers with full sleeves so it's not a complete no-no, but it does depend on the department.
