Well this will have to make up for The Blue Mu Mu, that isn't avaliable on youtube..i can't remember ever checking it out in the past. Sometimes a sender postsa song and then takes it off and the older the sog the better the chance of it being not avaliable yet or unavaliable again after it was avaliable. I am old enough to remember Annette when she started on the Mickey Mouse club. She was hired as an extra, sort of, and almost immediately started getting more fan mail than anyone. She was the dream boat of the Fifties, of my generation. Her health problems are tragic. What an excellent woman!

I always enjoyed Annette's low-pitch vocal register. It helped to make her songs very easy-to-sing-along-with and added much to their catchiness. I remember when this and her other hits were playing on "pop music" radio stations. (Remember those little transistor radios?) My friend always commented that Annette looked like a young Connie Francis with her highly arched eyebrows and massive bouffant hairdo.
