Actually under the Free speech law and freedom of the press, you do have the right to cite an excerpt from any book, movie, video etc. Just mark it as excerpt and add your oppinion and it is perfectly legal (just not the whole thing)

If it's not okay, you will be told to put them down, and if you do so, there's no problem. Which movies do you have clips from??
