He was elected twice on the electoral college system. He lost the popular vote the first time by about a half a million votes and the second time he only secured 50% of the popular vote. To say "we as a country elected him twice" is completely inaccurate. He was elected because of an archaic system that should have been removed decades ago without ever securing a majority of the voting public's approval.
By the way, Obama won the popular vote by more than 54%, the largest margin since 1984.

Graydon Carter reports that doctor's at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore found alcohol in Bush's blood when he was treated for his mysterious "choked on a pretzel" faceplant in 2002. Bush's continued use of alcohol is a story the mainstream media is terrified to touch. I am sure we will get the real story in about ten years or so, if a nuclear holocaust hasn't wiped us all out before then.
